One rung above an asset flip.

Ridiculously short. Exactly one enemy type. Bland, uninspired, empty levels. I've played free games and mods that were infinitely superior, and had infinitely more effort put into them. The only reason I'm giving this two stars instead of one is the price point. An absolute embarrassment.

Hey, thanks a lot for taking the time to share your thoughts—I really appreciate it, even if the game didn’t land for you. I’m genuinely sorry it didn’t meet your expectations.

I just wanted to share a bit of context: this was a solo project I worked on for many months, pouring a lot of effort and love into it. I aimed to create something fun and atmospheric within the scope I could manage alone. On average, test playthroughs lasted around two hours, and I even added a mixed reality wave mode to give players more value and variety—something I was actually one of the first to try out in VR.

I know it’s not a huge studio title, and that’s why I kept the price at $9.99 to make it as fair as possible. Still, I hear your feedback loud and clear, and I’ll definitely keep it in mind as I keep learning and improving.

Thanks again for giving the game a shot—it really means a lot.

The hype was worth it

I’ve been waiting for 2 years for the game to come out and another 7 months until I could actually get it and it did not disappoint

Worth $10

Not bad, basic zombie game, some puzzles, M.R. mode seems decent. Best zombie game for $10

Graet cheap zombie game

This game is pretty fun the zombies are fun to kill. The story is not the best but I was intrigued to finish the game to see what happened to the characters. I would recommend this game if you want something cheap to play for like 2 or hours good game

Good, but not enough

"Infested with relentless hordes of zombies"

You find 1 zombie in every 3 rooms. And I wouldn't call them relentless.

"A variety of weapons"

You get a pistol, crowbar, and knives. That's it. That's literally it.

This game has a fleshed out tutorial level with video guides, but a lot of features shown in it are used only once or twice (like using certain types of items or methods of navigation).

What's here is alright. The story is... well, a story I guess. There's a couple of creepy moments, and the atmosphere is good. The live-action scenes shown throughout the game are actually pretty neat (assuming they're original and not stolen). And the game functions perfectly with no issues. But there are two huge flaws with this game.

First of all, there's just not enough. There's not enough zombies. The couple times where there's a "horde" there's only like, 4 zombies. There's not enough interesting game mechanics either. The mechanics that are used in this game, that even get their own dedicated tutorials, are just way underutilized.

And secondly, the zombies are total pushovers! It's a zombie survival horror game, yet I spent the majority of my playthrough (on the hardest difficulty btw) tossing the undead around like sacks of potatoes. And they're so slow... Hardly a threat if I can just toss them to the side and run right by.

I'd rate this game 2 stars, but the Mixed Reality Horde Mode is actually quite fun and unique. Enough to bump the rating up a star. You fend off the undead in your own home (using Passthrough), you can choose difficulty, time limit, and even a day/night mode, and since it's a horde mode the zombies are actually a threat! Still slow and simple, but they can gang up on you fast in later rounds.

Oh and the puzzles in this game are just fetch quests. A common trend with indie horror titles unfortunately.

This game should be closer to $5. Maybe $10 if the main story mode had more content. But the zombies suck, they're few and far between, and the game is too short. What's there could be good, but like I said; there's just not enough. You should "Take Care" of your wallet by saving your money, or if you really need some good zombie action then check out The Walking Dead SnS, Organ Quarter (App Lab), Cosmodread, or Propagation: Paradise Hotel.

Thank you very much for your honest review, I really appreciate it.
I'm very sorry you didn't like the game and will note down your points and work on it to further improve it.

VR and AR Survival Horror at its finest

This is essentially two games in one

a VR Survival Horror in the same vein as Silent Hill and Resident Evil

Combat is an absolute pleasure, with a few pages taken from the saints and sinners playbook

with a strong emphasis on resource management, exploration and light puzzle solving.

the Storyline and pacing of the game build Dread and ooze with atmosphere

let down in places by low poly textures and some jank in the physics engine, nothing bad at all, just needs some refinement.

The AR mode is a fantastic wave shooter that allows you to map your entire home and battle zombies Walking Dead Style

overall a fantastic game in both VR and AR, just needs a little more time in the Oven to earn that fifth star.
