Controller Buttons do not work

After downloading the game, I was asked to confirm language. None of the buttons on the controller would respond. Could never start the game.

I shoot a person six times and they brush it off but as soon as I get shot twice I drop dead

how to reload?

Could be fun, but impossible for me to reload...
I try to take munition with my left hand and put it but doesnt work

Regarding the reloading issue, if you press the B button and then the A button, the bullet loaded in the revolver will be removed.

After picking up the bullet in front of you and inserting it into the revolver, you can fire by performing a sweeping motion with your right hand.
