Bad experience

The app scans my room, but when I confirm the space, it just sends me back to scan again and keeps looping, even though I scanned correctly. How can I get a refund?

Hi Asaam,

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the app. Can you try to delete all your scanned rooms on the meta headset and then rescan the room? Sometimes the rooms get corrupt and this is the only way to unstuck it.

room scan issue

cant seem to start the game. Deleted all the spiral data, rescanned, doesnt work.

Hey! Thanks for the report and the details.

A few things to try that usually fix stubborn room-scan loops on Meta headsets:

Hard-reset the spatial data on the headset
Settings → Physical Space / Room Setup → Manage rooms & furniture → Delete all → Reboot the headset → Re-scan.

Scan tips (to avoid “invalid/failed”)
• Good, even lighting (avoid bright windows/mirrors).
• Move slowly; capture floor, walls, and ceiling fully.
• Keep the room under ~10×10 m for the first scan.
• Remove/cover mirrors if possible.

Clear the game’s local data / reinstall
Headset: Settings → Storage → Apps → (game) → Clear data. If that’s not available on your device version, uninstall/reinstall the game.

System up to date & free space
Update Quest OS and make sure you have at least a few GB free.

Cute concept

Cute concept, but has a few glitches. You can't install the pond or forest like it asks, and it keeps telling you to open the menu cause there is new buildings. But you can't install and then your stuck playing the game
It doesn't go anywhere. Very frustrating

Slow and can't play seated

disapointing. The game has no objective other than upgrading building to level 6 then a few fireworks and THE END. The Mini games are reheated and not well balanced. The dating game is useless. Fun for an hour or so. PLUS, you can't play sitting down which is is not good news for a super slow ressource management game.
