Void Ninja is an action platformer game that blends runner elements with a unique “Jinba Ittai” locomotion.

👉Gameplay: You're always on the move and can't stop. Use your hips and shoulders to steer on the path. Overcome obstacles and clear out enemies.

👉Just one button — let your body do the rest!* You don't need to remember million of combinations, or press something to move - run with the flow.

🥷🥷🥷

Key Features:

  • Unique natural flow locomotion:
Inspired by the "Jinba Ittai" philosophy, this system ensures perfect unity between player and the game - you simply act as you would in real life
  • Comfort / Motion sickness tested:
85% of players experienced no symptoms, 10% adapted after 30 minutes, and 5% did not adjust and we prefer not to talk about them
  • Platformer / runner:
First-person platforming adventure inspired by a certain blue hedgehog. Intense combats, adrenaline-pumping jumps and jet-powered flights - this game will keep your heart racing
  • Combat dance:
As you progress, you'll develop your own unique moves and combos crafted by your skill, not pre-made by the developers
  • Level reassembly:
Each time you load a level, it’s generated in a new and unique way

21 Level-Stages designed to test your reflexes, agility, and quick thinking.

Awesome!

Played the demo, loved the concept, execution, style and music, and gladly bought it to support the developer. About to check out what else the game has in store now.

Desperately needs more levels

While the gameplay is good there are more tutorial levels than actual levels and game doesn't show me which ones I've completed
So I don't know where to go after I didn't play a while

It really needs user created levels or SOMETHING

Hidden gem

A breath of fresh air among the mountains of FPS and AAA titles that are not able to use the features of VR correctly. Masterfully verified gameplay, excellent responsiveness, excellent soundtrack and style. Roman - you are a talent, continue in the same spirit, I will support you.

Hi, glad you liked the game, thank you for your feedback. FYI: we are (it's two of us now ;-) ) working on whole game rethinking - most complex elements will removed / simplified, some new elements and weapons will be introduced, all levels will be done from the scratch. Going to deliver some initial version in spring. So keep an eye on this project :-). Roman

A super addictive runner with heaps of well-executed gameplay mechanics that kept me coming back for more. Big thanks to the dev for providing 2 codes to giveaway in my best of App Lab video: https://youtu.be/ZNFV4r8MAYw

Platforming in VR done right

You will be amazed how a game can take up so little room on your Quest and yet have more depth than most of your library. Try the free demo, and come back for the rest! :) Also I recommend turning jump settings to head position if you are having trouble with wild jumps. The hand position jumps (default) offer more freedom, but can be difficult to master. Personally, I prefer having this setting on head position. Menu/UI took me a minute to figure out, and it also took me a bit to figure out that I couldn't turn while holding onto the katana. Love the dancing tutorial man!

Hi, thank you for your review and feedback. Yeah the original controls were connected with head positions, but while testing with the players I've noticed most of them expected that jump will be in the direction their body is facing [even it's not tracked ;-) ] so I've introduced with new method and assigned it as a default. Yeah, there was an issue with defining the directction, finally I've identified it. Basically I've re-done this part of the game from the scratch, now it's working significantly better. Dancing Man.
