WOW what an up and down, love it but

First off I love this game because I love the premise and I think it is a very beautiful well put together game. I think it's too much for the Quest 3 though. It's janky. idk if you guys got to get rid of some stuff or whatever cuz I don't make games, but I do play games and I do know what the majority of games feel and play like.

I have mixed reviews about the puzzles. specifically the fill cups. That was very very confusing and I didn't understand about the skulls, how you can't move but you're expected to like not die, I thought when the skulls show up it meant that I made a wrong choice! honestly idk how you guys wouldn't think to think of that because, you can't move. You can't move and you'll die if you go in two rooms so, wouldn't that make it look like you're getting punished for making a wrong choice?

One small part of the game but it really upset me and made me feel like I couldn't do anything to win. of course teleporting was the answer but I still don't understand it because I was never explained about the skulls or not being able to move.... I mean come on guys, you got to play through it and experience from a subjective view so when you're doing a puzzle, there's punishment and rewards. when you pick the right room and you can't move and you get attacked, two of those attacks kills you, it's really going to feel like you're making a wrong decision. whether you can teleport out of it or fight back or not.

I had the YouTube it and watch somebody else actually go through it a couple times and get frustrated lol, and then just realize you just teleport away. with pretty much everything else in the game having meaning and some type of direction, this just felt really lost.

The dinner table cups were amazing I have to give you props. You had me frustrated but it was because of my own impatience. once you go back and read the books slower and carefully, you can see the order.

really hope this helps because I would give you a one star if I didn't want it to do good, I'll probably change the review to a four or five but I really really think if you guys read this and fix the janky You will have a AAA award-winning style game.

Very glitchy

Looks great and atmosperic but the actual gameplay is very laggy and the teleport curve is either too long or short curve, worst part i found though was sneakin up to the goons it was hit and miss grabbing them and bringing them to the vamires bite a lot of the time its better just hit the goons, but then you dont pick up energy, and gettig killed with just one hit!it came on. My quest+ sub so. Im glad i didnt pay the full price

So much Fun

This game is so much fun to play. Definitely worth the $ and time. I love Sneaking up on people from above.
I just wish there was more to do once you beat the game. You can go back and play the levels again. But after you have played them a few times it gets boring. Plz add some more to do. This is an amazing game and I love it so much ❤️.

Fun but buggy

The concept is good, so is the art work and audio. I enjoyed the game for the most part, but the bugginess of various aspects distracts from the immersion. Also, it says "comfortable" presumably because you can teleport, but it's a complete lie- it would be utterly impossible to even complete the first boss battle without using smooth locomotion mainly because the teleport is time limited (cooldown). You have to set the motion speed to max speed because you wouldn't be able to get out of the way of incoming fire- and you'd have no chance without strafing motions. So if you suffer from motion sickness, do not believe the comfortable rating, it's nonsense.

Regarding the bugs:
1. the male character is built off the female model which resulted in a variety of bugs:
- the shoulder width is quite narrow so the arms were always in weird distracting positions in front of my face whenever climbing/hanging with hands above your head
- a few spots in the character voice monologues were done in the female voice (pretty sloppy)
- there's a couple "jungle gym" climbing spots and the character's reach is less than mine (I'd reach out and her/his hand would stop short of where I really reached to). Makes sense if the character model is a smaller woman but you're not displaying the body so why not just let my reach be my reach?
2. the teleport is often wonky. Sometimes it works just fine, other times you're pushing the button and the position indicator refuses to appear even on flat surfaces right next to you. If you quit the game and start it up again, then it'll work again where it was refusing to before.
3. sometimes the game seems to get confused about locked doors. I got a key to let some guy out of his cell, and after I got the key the lock icon disappeared from the cell door and the handle would turn but you couldn't actually open the door.

There's more, but I'm rating a 4 because it's fun and VR games have a smaller audience/budget so bugs happen more.

It's just blatantly brilliant

It's kinda everything VR was designed to do, immersive story, good narrative voices etc. long duration puzzles to solve, sandbox to climb around in and whatever, I would give it seven stars if I could.

Thank you for making this masterpiece.
