I've tried to enjoy it & for the most part I'd say yes it jus takes time & patience on your part and there is a very good game/simulation in there somewhere but its just not fully working together yet, unless you are a professional player i don't see anyone making any break at all, be it with the aiming aid on or off,
Putting side on the ball is just exaggerated to an absurd degree, i get it i no how it works i no how to adjust for side etc but ya gotta tone down the dial as relates to the "throw off" that putting side on the ball gets ya, needs to be dialed down by about 300% im not joking, even a sniff of side on that ball nd your not getting anywhere near where your aiming,
Just cueing up and aiming is too floaty so regardless of intent, you end up putting side spin on the ball anyway because to get the shot your actually accurately trying for will take 10minutes and noone is lining up a shot for 10minutes, and i ain't Ronnie i cannot play like that with every shot having side spin on the ball,
Credit where its due, patches have changed/imptoved some things (not the most important things in my opinion) but going in the right direction,
We definitely need a real hand rather then a glitchy unstable ghost bridge hand and ya also need a "snap to table" option for ya bridge hand, for those of us that live in tiny matchbox houses in silly little countries who have no room for actual tables, (im quite tall so theres no table i have that is sufficient for me to use the current intended system)
I also noticed little to no interaction/responses or engagement with negetive reviews but positive ones do seem to illicit a response, (thats not a good look)
Full disclosure, im uninstalling and i don't rec this game and feel Very Let Down by this team (especially frustrating) because I've wanted a Quality "Snooker" game in VR since the original Quest,,, but im finally giving up on this game,
I’m genuinely impressed. The gameplay is excellent — smooth, immersive, and surprisingly realistic, right down to the angle you hold the cue.It takes a little time to get fully used to the controls, but once you do, it feels incredibly natural.
The graphics are almost top-notch for a quest game, and the snap turning works well, though there’s still a bit of room for refinement in future updates. What really stood out to me was discovering features I initially thought were missing, only to find out they were actually there all along. That kind of depth and attention to detail really impressed me.
For a first release, this game is remarkably polished. It already delivers a strong experience and clearly has huge potential as it continues to evolve. Highly recommended for any snooker fan or VR sports enthusiast.
Great table physics and graphics. But the controls are still not good enough! Moving around the table is painful and cue alignment is not good!
If you could rotate the table like other pool games MP would be 5 stars come on devs keep up the good work 👍
I have waited so long for a full table snooker game, just purchased this it really feels great seeing a snooker table in my home lol can you lock the aim before playing the shot and any advice about getting a fixed table I don’t have a square one as we have a glass round dining table any tips would be appreciated but a lock to shot would be great. Well done devs and Ty —at last

I'm going to give this game 5 stars because it feels so real and the hand on the table feel is a game changer. All that said I still what to give some feedback to the developers which hopefully can improve the game further.
The aiming system on the free setting(the most natural) is a little cumbersome, let me try and explain. When you try and position the tip to where you want to add side and then you aim to pot when you then look back at the cue ball its almost moved parallel with the table and has become way off. IRL once the side is positioned gentle tweaks with cue arm would adjust the aim. to replicate this I would like to see once you have positioned your side on the cueball be able to lock it. then adjust your aim with your dominant hand and lock it then concentrate on the strength when taking the shot. all that said I love it
