At first, no one believed Mr. Balanger. The owner of a small-town market, he claimed UFOs were hovering over his store. The blurry, poorly taken photos he showed didn’t help his case.
But then things got worse. Objects began disappearing, strange noises echoed at night, and Mr. Balanger swore he saw shadows moving in and out of the building. After countless calls to the police, they finally decided to check it out.
What they found was undeniable. The lights in the sky were real, but now it seemed the aliens had come down. The market was surrounded by strange beings, and the town was in panic.
And who gets called to handle this mess? You—the only ufologist around.
I know you’re scared. But this is your job. Grab your gear, head out there, and deal with these aliens. Mr. Balanger just wants his market back, and it’s up to you to make it happen.

An easy shooting game with a touch of horror.
Eliminate the ETs before they get you.
Just take your weapon and shoot. When you run out of bullets, just take another weapon from your holster.
Would have preferred to survive a bit longer.
You are taken into a horror story for not a lot of money.
When I first touched Unknown Lights, there were a few issues (such as gun control) so I reached out to the developer and less than a week later, an entire new easy mode, with duel welding weapons has been added.
Still room for improvement, but a fun and interesting shooter, which is actively being improved and isn't far from being worth twice the price, so it's highly recommended at its current cost of £1.99
This game is an absolute blast if you love wave-based combat. You’ll face relentless hordes of aliens, using a variety of weapons to survive as long as you can. The gameplay is fast, intense, and super satisfying.
What really stands out is the solid execution and refined atmosphere—it keeps you fully immersed in the action. Plus, the game offers hours of fun at a very reasonable price, making it a fantastic deal. The developer is actively improving the game, adding even more value with regular updates.
If you’re into non-stop alien battles with good gameplay, don’t miss this one!
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)
Update: (Added another star because the developer is still actively working on the game and is priced reasonably).
Thanks for the response! I reinstalled the game, switched to stationary boundary and it fixed the height issue. A minute later, the belt with guns is now set around my knees where I have to physically crouch to grab a gun. Another issue is when bringing up the menu, the window floats around aimlessly, almost like bad hand tracking. I don't mean these issues to be negative toward the game but would like to help by providing feedback to improve the game. Keep up the good work!
Original:
I tried playing this but was mostly unplayable. The ground level is off (other games are normal). I tried recentering the view, restarting the game, restarting the quest...from my knees down, they were below the ground. Most restarts it would make me move very slowly like I was crouched and couldn't jump. When I did have faster movement, the crouch button didn't actually crouch. In my opinion, this needs to be fixed before experiencing the game anymore.
The mechanics also feel clunky. For example, it's hard to pick a specific item up because it will pick up another nearby item instead. The reloading is difficult as the clip is hard to put fully into the gun without banging the controllers together. The game feels like there is lag between events like the npc standing then talking, the door opening, and when an alien hits you.
It has the potential to be a fun, simple game but it feels like the early stages of a project as is.
This is a fun yet challenging game. You have to develop a strategy to defeat the neverending spawn of aliens with a variety of weapons. And try not to get abducted! Or do and see what happens! Challenge yourself to see how long you can last and how many aliens you can kill.
Unknown Lights delivers an amazing VR experience at a super affordable price! With challenging gameplay and high replayability, you'll find yourself coming back again and again to beat your own records.
The horror atmosphere is intense and immersive, with incredible moments – even alien abductions happen, making everything even more fun and unpredictable!
If you enjoy fast-paced action, just the right amount of scares, and a good adrenaline rush, Unknown Lights is the perfect choice.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Excellent value for those looking for VR challenges!
