Pointless

Sorry not sure what was trying to be achieved here. When the person says you feel part of movie it's only 3rd person. I thought it would be first person or at least somehow interactive. Am I missing something?

Hi - this is an Immersive cinema format or Immersive video experience, similar to the ones found on the Apple Vision Pro (Apple's"Submerged" Film and other Apple Immersive videos) or Meta's "The Faceless Lady" series (found on the Meta Horizon TV App along with other 360 and 180 video)... where the film is presented in VR 180 in a linear narrative form - more like an enhanced movie experience, but still passive. We are sorry you thought this was an interactive experience, please let us know if you need help with a refund in this regard.

Not eligible for a refund-Not recommend.

Got me motion sick within a minute, definitely NOT comfortable. Poor quality video. FYI, it’s sold as a game, but when it comes to getting a refund they treat it as a movie, and is not eligible for a refund. Oh well, it was only a couple of bucks.

We are very sorry you did not enjoy the experience. Also we do not know why Meta did not allow you a refund, as we've specifically allowed this (as being under the Narrative category) - We will contact Meta Store support and ask them to refund you

Nauseating Experience

I’ve been using VR for many years and it’s extremely rare that I’m uncomfortable in it but I could only take a minute or two of this before I had to quit.

Turning my head to look around felt very strange, like the app was rotating the view as if the axis of rotation was right between your eyes instead of your neck.

The performance was poor. The frame rate was unsteady and there was some blurring and ghosting.

I’ve watched 3D 180 videos on my old Quest 2 that were comfortable to look around in and ran smoothly so I’m surprised to see these issues on my Quest 3.

Even though it’s only a few bucks I’m requesting a refund because I can’t watch any more of it without getting really sick.

We are very sorry for this experience you had - the axis of rotation view should most definitely not be stuck between your eyes, and this would indeed be uncomfortable... additionally the frame rate problems also seem to indicate there has been a problem with the install, or a problem with the headset running the app correctly. We will contact Meta Store Support to make sure your refund goes through.

Amazing VR 180 Movie!!!

Just awesome... same 180 format as Apple Immersive Video on Vision Pro. Best Scripted-Narrative 180 film I've seen so far, better even than Apple's films on VP.
