Boring

Tried to request a refund. Says not eligible because I played for two hours. I played maybe 10 minutes and never played the second one and can’t get a refund on that one either. Will dispute charges

Merci d’avoir joué ! Le Secret de Retropolis est une courte introduction à notre monde robotique noir — on espère que vous essayerez Retropolis 2, une aventure bien plus longue avec plus d’histoire et de mécaniques de jeu.

Great, but short.

Great game made in a basement 👏. Finished way too quickly. It's not very difficult, keep clicking away, and you will get there. The nightclub was the best challenge. All said and done, I am looking forward to the 2nd game. I got both in the sale, so happy days. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for hopping into Retropolis, Rabbit_Reedy 🐇 We're glad you enjoyed the ride—even if it ended too soon! The sequel, Never Say Goodbye, is a deeper dive with more challenge, more story, and more time in the city of robots. Can’t wait to hear what you think of it!

Nice setting, but more like a demo

I like the setting but it's extremely short (an hour or so), so not very demanding.

Thanks, babubi76! We're really glad the world of Retropolis caught your eye, even if the first game's length left you wanting more. That’s a big part of why we made Never Say Goodbye - it's a much deeper and more expansive journey that builds on everything you saw here. We saw you left a review on the sequel as well, so hopefully it brought you the kind of longer deeper experience you looked for.

The Secret of Retropolis

Excellent game. My only criticism is length. Everything else was thoroughly enjoyable! Would definitely recommend.

Thank you so much, Natman62! We’re thrilled you had such a great time with The Secret of Retropolis! We hear you on the length, and that’s exactly why we made "Retropolis 2: Never Say Goodbye" a much bigger adventure. Hope you check it out and enjoy the ride! 😊🚀

Awesome game

I love point and click games, and I love narrative and puzzle style games and this game has all of this. Amazing story, great soundtrack and humour. It gives me nostalgic feelings of point and click games I’ve played on PC but so much more fun in VR. Please keep making these types of games!! I do wish it was longer but heard the sequel is so I’m playing that now :)

Thank you so much, SKNYVR! It’s amazing to hear that Retropolis brought back that classic point-and-click nostalgia but made it even more fun for you in VR—that’s exactly what we hoped to capture!

We totally get wanting more, and it’s awesome that you’re diving into the sequel—it’s a much bigger adventure! Also, since you loved the soundtrack, you might enjoy revisiting the music from both games on all major streaming services like Spotify and Apple Music. And if you’re curious about what we’re working on next, join our community—we’d love to have you along for the journey! 😊🎶
