I almost love the game if not for bugs

I really wanted to be able to make this my primary shopping game since I'm obsessed with them. But the bugs make it impossible to enjoy. You get your store all set up, and every time it resets the day it moves all your stuff around. I move the shelves away from the door so shoplifters can't grab stuff so close, but again when the day restarts shelves appear again. It seems like 75% of the customers always grab from the front shelves. It's always the same product. The payment methods could be better too. They give you $1,000 for something that costs $8. It would be nice if they would do credit cards and you could actually give them cash back. If all these games would combine all their best qualities they would have one awesome game. I'll re buy it if they get these bugs fixed. It's just too frustrating that your store is ruined every business day. And you can't move the product to fix it.

Great game

The game is fun and many things could still be added, it has bugs that I hope can be fixed, a tip when you can't grab the products that the client leaves you on the table, change your height from settings, I still haven't discovered what to do when someone steals something from you, I just run them but it's fun, ultimately I give it 4 stars and I hope the developers improve some bugs and of course add more things.

Bad game

Very bad game, there is no simple options as change the turn from skips to smooth and also the game itself got a lots of bugs and improvements. Definitely asking for refund after playing for like 20 mins. Didn’t enjoy at all.

Money glitch

Update:
The money glitch is still there. It is simple calculations...

Just tried Minimarket Simulator and it is WAY WAY better. AND they know how money works.. I'm looking forward to see if this will ever get as good as that game.

————————————

This looks really promising. BUT there’s a huge money glitch that makes the game unplayable by now.

You buy a product for $8 sell it for $10. Then the game for some reason just inserts the $2 profit into your account and not the $10. This makes no sense and means you are not able to restock after playing for 5 minutes.

-Sorry to hear that, that was a visual glitch. This issue has been resolved in Version 0.0.5.3
You should definitely try other supermarket simulators as well. Each game has its own personality and unique features. I hope you will enjoy our game too. 😄

Seemed good at first..

The game is about what I expected it to be. Just a very stress free casual job-simulating game. I've played it for a few short sessions (no music, no talking.. short sessions are all that's bearable), and though I I love that there are no time limits customer, I do hope the game opens up with a touch more to do and/ or get done. Though what is here is still good for a casual and relaxing session of play in short bursts.
I do wish the customers had voices and spoke what they say rather than quick text bubbles, but that's not a huge issue either I guess. It would add life to a very empty, if not mind numbing and lonely feeling game though.
One issue that is mbigger and REALLY hampers my enjoyment of the main and about only gameplay is grabbing the customers items to scan them being made WAY more difficult (if not straight up awkward) by the fact that your head CAN'T GO OVER THE COUNTER AT ALL for whatever reason. My arms aren't extremely long, so when I'm reaching for items and trying to reach over to the scanne which is too far away,, my entire body is getting pushed back because of the UNNECESSARY invisible wall that is over the entire counter you spend 99% of your game time behind that your headset can't get past!
So this means no looking down or reaching over the counter outside of where your arms can get to. And the item scanner is a bit too far up in an unnatural spot, so that should be moved in closer to you if anything...

Devs, fix this issue PLEASE! Grabbing items and reaching for the scanner is literally 99% of the ENTIRE GAME, it should not be THIS awkward... All that would be needed is removing whatever invisible wall you have on the counter that keeps the headset (your entire head) from going over it, which keeps you from even being able to look down unless you want to be pushed back in-game...
This ruins my enjoyment and will very likely lead to a refund (a warning to anyone wanting to buy this game if you've read my complaint)...

I truly hope the developers keep patching & updating this game, though I've little faith in that. Still on the fence on if I'll keep this game as it is currently (leaning towards no..) but the premise and some of the execution shows promise. It just could be much better with some more work and basic smoothing out was put into it...
Definitely needs more time in the oven if it's not just the team not caring, not having the budget, or not having the skill...
