I've tried several offroad, dirt-bike or pedal-bike type games and this one really does a good job of making you feel like you're actually riding an offroad motorcycle. The control scheme is intuitive as well as the shifting and breaking. Learning all of the various in-air tricks will take some time to master but it's still easy enough if you practice one a few times before moving on to the next. The comfort rating for the game is "intense" and that is definitely true! If you're not good with handling motion sickness, I would not recommend. I don't handle motion sickness very well but was able to go for small spurts before needing to pause. Though I would say the one track with all the bumps and grooves was really rough on my head and stomach (from the virtual bouncing)! But all this motion sickness is on me, not the game. That said, the gameplay is fun riding around and trying to do some epic jumps. You can tell it's still early access so I hope they're able to add AI and multiplayer competitors. The only other recommendation is that getting the bike into neutral seemed touchy.

This motocross VR game is a hidden gem in early access — extremely reasonably priced and packed with potential. The bike handling is impressively smooth and realistic, especially with the manual gear shifting that mirrors real-life riding. Navigating jumps and obstacles feels natural and satisfying.

There’s already a good variety of tracks and challenges, and it’s great to see both a demo and a free trial available. While the career mode and multiplayer are still in development, what’s already here shows real promise. A solid and exciting addition to the Meta Store library!

I don't even like racing games, or motorcycles, or pretty much anything that this game has in it most of the time. But I tried the demo and had a blast, ended up buying the full game the next day. This is going to be one of those "diamonds in the rough" games. Its early access, so there are going to be plenty of improvements and features added down the road. I bought it now in early access so that way I don't kick myself when the full release comes and its double the price or more.

I'm still figuring out some of the mechanics of the whole thing, I suck at using a manual transmission or whatever, but they have an "easy mode" for people who can't do two things at once.

Gameplay wise, you need some good VR legs, Although there are probably some comfort options in there somewhere. I never mess with them. I am always looking for some intense VR experiences that don't hold your hand and not afraid to spin you around a bit.

Sure there are improvements to make, but for this price, you can't beat it, and improvements will come. Most of the time if I play a demo, I won't buy the full game, but I had hours of fun with just 3 tracks and the full game has twice that!

If you're looking for a dirt bike game with some realistic controls they got you covered or if you just wanna hit the gas and do stunts while catching air they got simplified controls for you as well. It's just fun to hop on and ride around at fast speeds

Went to Stunt X Mania early release and now I’m 95% sure I want to quit my job and become a stunt rider (the other 5% is my fear of heights and my love for my working limbs).
Had a choice of realistic gears or auto, I used auto as its so much easier.
Played on two tracks.. there is a further 6 tracks that are still being created.
Really hard to do the tricks but I am sure they will come with practice. Fast paced ride, loads of fun, loads of crashes.. all worth the low cost, with plenty of more extra modes, tracks and features to come later down the line.
