I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND FOR THIS BROKEN GAME.
1. THE RELOAD SYSTEM IS COMPLETELY BUGGED. EVERY TIME I TRY AND GRAB A MAG, IT JUST DOESN’T WORK. I CAN SHOOT ENEMY GUNS FINE BUT I HAVE FULL AMMO OF MY OWN GUN AND CANT RELOAD SIMPLE BECAUSE OF A BUG IN THE GAME.
2. This bug has been going on for a while and you think the Devs would have fixed it but it seems they don’t care.
3. The fight system is glitched and bugged also
I love my meta quest 3 and literally every game i have is just fine. Except this
I’ve played this game a lot and for the most part really like it. Until. I recently have gotten to a level on the slum jungle dlc and either the developers got lazy and stopped or there’s a massive bug, either way once you get to the implant virus level you can’t get any farther. It’s a shame really.
Like others have said the combat is eek, I wish the devs would have looked at games like resist to see how it's done.
It's really janky, I've never had an issue climbing in games before! Hands get stuck under stuff instead of grabbing it.
I'm only playing it because it's currently free on horizon plus tbh.
Not a good story
NOT OPEN WORLD
No way to skip puzzles
It's as bad as the gorilla tag fanbase
I expected it to be open world but it's not AND I CANT REFUND IT
NICE JOB WITH THIS TRASH GAME
I left 1 star on original stride. Aswell
I ain't giveing 5 stars til it's open world
OK so I am tired of seeing reviews that say the game is bad but the game is amazing if I could then I would rate a 100 out 5 stars 🌟
I felt tricked when I opened the game to see that it wasn’t open world. The voice acting is also very dry and has no emotion. There is also no language warning in the rating(l changed to no speech volume and no subtitles after a few levels). We deserve at least a language filter or new voice lines that can be enabled through a setting. Melee combat can also feel broken at times. I also wish there was a knife that you could grab from your suit, since guns and fists have awful melee damage. I’m also annoyed that when I’m trying to jump and climb quickly I pull out my gun, and when I’m looting with my gun out, I get a clip from my belt. The explosions and that one girl that helps you needs a graphic update. I also wish there was more sarcasm, jokes and overall life to the dialogue, along side the other thing I suggested about dialogue would make this game way better. One last thing I suggest is adding a way to to change the way you aim your shotgun when you are holding it with 2 hands. Please add at least half if not most or all of these suggestions, and I will rate this game 5 stars instead of 4. PS: I set a VERY high bar of expectation for this game and I might have been a bit harsh
Update: recently looked at the stride trailer, and I just noticed something that this game is missing, multiplayer. I don’t know if this is intended to be single player and multiplayer is not in the future, but it would be pretty cool. Another thing is that cyberspaces are unbalanced in difficulty. I died twice as much times in cyberspace than outside of it. The lack of checkpoints and the high number of impossible jumps is unreal. The second time a cyberspace is a level is my breaking point, I completely left the game because of it, I can’t stand getting quickscoped by some yellow dude while I’m going faster than the speed of light. The charge audio is also broken so you don’t know when you’re about to get shot. The last complaint about this is that it’s pure evil that you decided to have the extremely hard grapple spots (which also needs fixing) right with the aimbot yellow guys. Everything outside of cyberspace is ok though. And I agree with whoever said this game should be more stealth rather than run and gun. That’s what made mirrors edge such a big game after all.
Update: I beat the game, the ending is kind of disappointing, but I love the final boss. There should be a save system for levels so you don’t restart it every time and if this game has a sequel I think it should be a stealth open world without levels. That would be way better. this game feels like a beta but hopefully after all the updates are added, it will feel complete. The new dlc level is arguably better than the than the bonus levels so that’s a start. I also think this game is kind of short and needs more story levels. Or you could completely re-do it and make a true open world (like you said were going to) with stealth based combat rather than being a run and gun.
Update: this is a small one. Being able to kick people in this game like in blade and sorcery would be epic. The attack should do high damage but even higher knock back. Melee weapons should also do more damage and knives shouldn’t leave your hands once you stab someone.
