So this game is so interesting and fun but for some reason it just shows the like sign then it stops and kicks me out to my home room. Pls fix it.
Stopped working
Ok so this game has been one of the funnest games I’ve played, but once I got to the chapter after Billy’s (which took a while) I played as that big monster, went through a vision and once I went though that it completely went black for 5 minutes. That’s when I turned off the game and went back in it, nope still didn’t work. It was seriously a good game although they could’ve had more screen time for vecna, because I liked the pulling apart things and throwing things at those dogs. I just wish that the game didn’t stay glitching and made me, unable to play. A waste of money tbh
Interesting story; sometimes repetitive.
Fun little Stranger Things experience that gives more insight into what Henry Creel/Vecna was up to leading up to our introduction to him in Season 4. You learn more about his relationship to the Mind Flayer and why he sought out Will. (Assuming this is canon, which it may not be.)
The Vecna-driven story loses focus in the last couple of levels, and the game ends pretty abruptly. The looping levels can get repetitive and annoying. Still, there's a good 3-4 hours of fun to be had here for fans of the series. (And if you haven't seen all 4 seasons of the series, you WILL be lost.)
The Perfect Fanservice (Spoiler Warning)
I’ve been waiting for this game for a while, and as a pretty big fan of the show, I was not disappointed. The game provides a great experience for diehard fans of the show, piecing together some theories that have been left unanswered thus far. Getting more insight into Vecna’s character as well as the true nature of the Upside Down and its inhabitants prior to the release of Season 5 is an excellent direction for this project.

All the chapters where you play as different characters were executed really well!
Will and Eleven’s chapters were artfully executed. The use of the viewfinder in Will’s chapter was an amazing choice and was very faithfully to the directorial style of the show. The action in Eleven’s chapter was engaging and felt unique from Vecna’s gameplay.
The only one that left me a little confused was Billy’s chapter. Having watched the show a few times, I understand how the events of the chapter fit into the larger narrative , but from an outsider perspective, the Billy chapter doesn’t seem very interconnected. Utilizing the scene from the show earlier in the chapter, where Billy confronts himself in the upside down to establish that his purpose is to build an army, would have really tied the chapter together.
I could gush about this game for hours, but to keep it short and simple, it’s a great experience for people who have already watched the show. I honestly hope that after season 5 is completed and released, another Stranger Things VR project is green lit because I wish I could play more. Tender Claws really outdid themselves with this one.
