In 2000, the Genesis Institute was overwhelmed. Genetically engineered research that started there led to the creation of the Pectina Virus, a parasitic that had the potential to mutate living organisms. Their testings went wrong and the virus got away, twisting the lower levels into a writhing mess of flesh, bone, and horror—The Meat Cave.

The outbreak was never stopped. The monsters escaped on October 18, 2000, and slaughtered everyone. Everyone except you. Your only hope is to escape—before you turn into one of it. You're trapped in a simulated environment way down in the Meat Cave.
