I love this app for the following reasons
1) it doesn’t bleed you dry with micro transactions and the one dlc is cheap
2) it is positive feeling. You miss a star you keep going.
3) unlike beat saber I feel more active it gets my cardio going
4) it is visually beautiful.
My only sadness is there are not more dlc galaxies and again so much cheaper then the competitors
This game feels familiar to the beat Saber likes, but in my opinion, it does enough to set itself apart in both mechanics and in musical genre.
I’ve seen some comments about the difficulty, and I don’t think this game is meant to be a big challenge.
If you’re somebody who wants to push yourself really hard with the rhythm game, this may not be for you
It is however fun , and I even catch myself dancing along with the music.
While there is replayability here, I do find the track list to be a little sparse. Just a little.
They did add Another music pack to the game though it is pay world DLC personally, I think rhythm games go way out of control with the amount of paywall DLC they add and I really hope we see some more content and more songs from this game that aren’t paywall
Maybe it would be a good idea for them to allow players to upload songs
I highly recommend this if you like electronica style music and freestyle movement. It’s about finding your fun and flow, not challenge at the forefront.
Wanted to like this but it has major flaws. The difficulty is far too low and does not adapt. It's too forgiving of any mistakes to the point of you can practically just wave your arms around and it make little difference. For a flow state it has to be at a challenge level you can meet and this was underchallenging for me.
The core graphics are bland and unchanging - the same blue double stars, the same RGB rapid hit spheres, etc. Little to no variation (unlike the backgrounds) and no custom options.
The upside is this would probably be great for a young player who may find other games too difficult.
I love the 10 minute daily challenge, it gets the heart rate up without even realizing it.
The music is good and the visuals are beautiful.
I played the demo and just… was blown away. Time flew. I had so much fun and was awed by the environment. Had to get it!
