I don’t like it it’s boring nothing really to do in the game single player sucks don’t waste your money on this game, but if you want a snowball fight game I recommend snow fortress it is way better
I can’t even play this game without people you need to update this game many have people that wants to play multiplayer the worst game ever😡😡😡
No one plays multiplayer but it is a good game overall.
This game would not even load once purchased. Waste of money. 0/5 stars for this one.
Downloaded the game for a daughter week ago. After few minutes she says that rotation is weird and wanted to play another game.
Did not paid much of an attention to it.
Today i started the game and now i know what she meant by that. If you try to rotate with the right stick you go backwards at the same time, resulting in going back and turning left...
Tried it on the new quest 3

**Solid experience for all but Private games**
🔊 To be clear, my ratings and review are based on my use case which is “Safe place to game with my kids, simple and easy to use.”
🟢 This is a beautiful game that has made some very good improvements. It’s fun, simple, and has many good custom options to tweak your game environment. Plus the weapons are fun 😀
If you’re looking for a game to play online with strangers or solo, I encourage you to pick it up. Good community and an amazing group of very responsive devs who truly care about their product.
🔴 There are some gaps in the private mode that are lacking and keep me & my family from playing this as often as we had hoped. Mainly:
- “Loading” still happens more than necessary and your private room will on rare occasions kick you out.
- Private servers are non-persistent, meaning that I can create one, message it to my family, and have them join but the room doesn’t stay between games. You can’t exit a game mode back to your lobby with the same people unless you want to keep the settings and modes the same. You quite literally have to create the lobby and message a new code every time. It really makes the flow difficult.
- ❓I haven’t verified if the initial loading lobby is safe & private or not. It wasn’t at the last update, but no one was online in my country when I logged in late last night. I’ll update when I’ve verified it one way or another.

**Updated: Lobby Experience: not safe or private**
🤦🏼♂️ Oof. Good idea but rough execution. The lobby isn’t private. There isn’t a way to “opt out” or create a private one for your friends. You are quite literally at the mercy of whomever is logged in.
This means that even the game at launch isn’t protected for minors. They are tossed into a lobby chat with whomever is online.
I love the idea of a lobby, but not in its current form. It needs a bunch if work, safeguards, privacy options, etc. Hopefully future releases address this problem.

**NOV 2023**
🍿 TLDR: Fun game with a cool concept, but not a $20 game yet. Not close. Needs some QoL improvements to close the gap with other multiplayer games of comparable pricing. Has potential, but I’d not spend more than $8-$9 in its current state.
✅ POSITIVES
- Mechanics are decent
- amazing fun concept
- variety of power ups and weapons are great
- solid discord community
- has private game mode so you can play with friends
🤔 NEUTRAL: stuff that’s personal preference
- can’t customize snowman
- Tutorial can be vague & leave some things to the imagination. (See “storing snow”. If you pack it first it will not register and you can’t clear the tutorial)
❌ NEEDS WORK: Multi Player
- each game requires you to recreate a game and send a code out. If you want to play a bunch of games with the same friends, you have to create them individually. TERRIBLE experience. Awful. Why not let us create a room and rotate the different game options through ( see walkabout mini golf multi player experience)
- you respawn in the same place mostly. So someone can just kill, camp, and wipe you out over and over.
- “teams” only. If you have 3 people wanting to play, it’s always 2-1. Why not let us have a “free for all” mode?
❌ NEEDS WORK: non-multi player
- you often pick up a weapon off the belt instead of extra snow or power-ups. It’s too close
- no snow “quantity” alerts. You have to grab snow and listen to the different sounds to find out if you have “max snow”
- reloading certain guns require different snowpack. This isn’t immediately obvious and is only figured out by trial and error. (see shotgun vs snowgun).
