A private shooting range on the ninetieth floor.

Twelve metres of lane, three booths, and a wall of pistols finished in walnut and brass. Take one in each hand and work the paper.

THE RANGE
Three silhouette cards on overhead carriers, each running in and out on its own lane at its own pace, so the distance is never the same twice. Three pop-up silhouettes behind the barricade. Every card is paper and every card keeps its holes, so your groups build up in front of you exactly where you put them.

THE GUNS
Four pistols on the rack behind the firing line. Grip beside one to take it, grip again at the board to hang it back. One in each hand if you want two. Real recoil, real report, real brass on the floor.

THE VIEW
The whole wall is glass, three hundred metres over a neon city, with traffic moving between the towers. Five 8K skies on the remote by the window - sunset, daylight, dawn, emerald and neon dusk - and the room relights with every one of them.

Walk out onto the balcony when you have had enough of shooting, and sit down with the city in front of you.

No waves. No timer. No lives. The board keeps your best run and the range is open whenever you put the headset on.
