hi, thanks for your review, we are trying our very best to be fair as always at the same time strict to avoid issues. if the rating gets moved to a higher ESRB rating, it would be because i don't take action in time. and in some regions, due to the age groups, they are more strict, so if people got banned from swearing, it's my job to protect minors from rulebreakers and keep them away from profanity or hate speech. that's the deal.
