Love this game. I have purchased all the DLC. Currently on a mission to catch all the fish. Nearly done! Unreal
Those who talk a lot usually say nothing or
distort the true. The game it's not a game, so real, so invenitable, necessary,... The graphics are fascinating. I can only say bravo, bravo, bravo, keep it up! I enjoy it so much that after the first 10 days I am fishing every day. Try it and you can't go wrong.
Rainbows! Arghhh!!
I have only been playing this game for a couple of hours or so and have already purchased all the map DLC'S which I'd hope illustrates just how much I love the game, it is beautiful, intuitive and so very relaxing, so why 'only' four stars you may ask...It's the rainbows, I hate them! I find any sense of immersion is lost when you see the double rainbows plastered across a beautiful horizon, why make such an effort to make things so realistic, relatively speaking, then add them, it's so jarring to me, and whilst I'm on the subject of realism why is the Moon so large on Mont-Saint-Michel, is it 100,000 miles closer to earth at that particular location.
Developers please include an option to turn off such cartoonist elements, they really don't belong in a game such as this.
Day 1 Fantastic, Day 2 bugged
My first day on this game was fantastic and I am not a fisherman. Play was easy and I quickly adapted to it getting hooked straaight away. Unfortunately day 2 the problem started. I purchased the Japan DLC pack and after starting the game again after the installation I found I could do evenything except actually land the fish. Once the fish gets within reach to catch the game bugs and the fish (still on the line) goes dizzy/fainted or just stays there and nothing I try lets me land the fish. Prior to downloading the Japan DLC all was good. I have reset my boundry, height level and I think I cleared the cache yet all to no avail. The only thing I can do is log out and try again yet the problem persists. I am loathe to uninstall and start again but maybe I need to. Hopefully my problem can be rectified and I can fish once more. Don't take this wrong as the day I had playing was terrific and the game fully enjoyable. I look forward to more and hopefully this glitch gets corrected.
PS: Day 4 = Five Stars! I'm Living the Dream.

Love the game paid for dlc I assumed all the new locations would be open obviously not..
Not everyone cares about grinding out putting in hours to unlock location's and places on leader boards some just like to dip in and out so to speak .. explore
How about an open mode for the non hardcore gamers out there who just want to fish n chill with all that Real VR Fishing offers from the get go...??
