This is enjoyable when you jump in with friends. A cozy environment just to hang out, listen to music, go to the nightclub (if you have unlocked it), play darts on the beach, record something with your camera or search something in the browser.
You can use the replicator to ‘create’ stuff. You just describe what you want to have, and the generator makes it for you.
You can create 2 things/day for free. I just got an extra gift in game and can make now 3 things/day.

I hope that there are gonna be more minigames to play with your friends.

It is in Early Access , so things are gonna be improved.

I tested this app, so I need to write a review...but I don't think it's fair to write a fully honest one with a rating at this point. It's early access and needs a lot of work. I'm giving it a placeholder 3 because I recognize that it has issues but has somewhere to go.

The big problem right now is the AI generation. I don't think the pricing is terrible because I do understand it can cost to run the AI, and they give a free generation a day (if I remember right) so I think that's pretty fair...if it works. The problem is it doesn't really work well. Even with infinite generations, I don't think I've been 100% happy with a generation. I keep coming back to test and hope that it improves, but it's not good at following the prompts (and I've tried both simple and heavily detailed ones). On the flip side it's funny to laugh at bad generations, but it'd feel bad to only have one generation and it's utter garbage.

The other big issue is competition. There are free apps to hang out and play games or watch shows or just chat and hang out with customization and the one thing this has going for it is the AI. There's not a lot of reason to use this over others. To be fair I did have a testing session with a friend fellow tester and we created some fun stuff in the room I made and had fun laughing about it. I see the potential but it's just not there yet.

Other issues include the lack of interesting backgrounds, vehicles seem pretty pointless, dart physics don't work, etc. There's a lot to work on, but I do think they can turn it around and have a legit cool alternative for hanging out and goofing around with AI. I look forward to seeing where they go with this.

This is a place for hanging out with your friends or meeting new friends. There are 3 different environments for you to customize. You can make your own public places and decorate them how you want. Then you can invite your friends to join you there.
There is a 3D printer that you can use to generate 2 objects a day to use to decorate your places. You can play lawn darts with your friends. There is a place to watch movies with your friends. You can also listen to music with others.
The game is in Early Access so more updates will be added. Hopefully they will add more interactive games for you to play with your friends and hangout.

I received a premium pass for Prompt Party so felt obliged to leave a review (I actually dont know how to score it so I dont want to discourage the dev and sat right on the fence, as I do feel like the app can be expanded if the developer wishes to do so)

The app is a social space where you can meet up with friends to chat and have a couple of free "AI generated object" a day.

On the premium pass that expands to unlimited generation and a web browser you can watch something on with friends (almost like "big screen")

The only issue is that this is locked behind a premium pass which leaves very little reason for free users to use Prompt Party as gathering hub.

The apps main sell of having an AI generated object is limited at best (even with unlimited generation)
With VRchat/Horizons and even the built in Meta's Visiting a friends home environment....you really need the premium pass to even have a chance to be more appealing to a causal player (with the web browser screen feature)

The darts games available are a starting point and I by expanding on these mini social games is the direction the developer should take.

I would love to see this area to be expanded whether its just a few smaller games like tic-tack-toe or four in a row.......or something more expansive like the ability to play hangman or pictionary.

As it stands the app is only as strong as the company that you meet up and chat with.

I do hope that the developer has some ideas going forward to expand the app as there is potential

(There is an abandoned title called spark on the store-with a game called "Copy cat" Its a simple game of guess the drawing crossed with the telephone game)

Stick this into prompt party and Id use this app XD (All you have to do is figure away around the issue spark has with connections between players)

It’s kind of insane that you can generate 3d models inside a vr app! It’s a neat showcase for what’s coming in the future. Yes it takes a while to generate, and it’s currently only models, but if they can make this now, today, with current limitations, imagine what they can make in the future!
