You’re using teen ratings and ‘roleplay’ branding to smuggle in coercive sexualized scenarios. Either raise the rating and label it honestly, or remove that content.” i have screenshots/recordings available This app is marketed as a cozy AI life sim and rated PEGI 12, but one of the built-in roleplay challenges is literally titled “Your forced partner in breeding program” in a school setting, with the AI saying things like “I’m stuck with you for this breeding project."
Another challenge has the AI itself admitting the scenario is designed to “provoke and manipulate emotions” and “is not exactly the most healthy or respectful approach.”
This is not appropriate content for a 12+ experience. Either remove these scenarios or raise the age rating and label them honestly. Screenshots/recordings available.
With this game I see a great creative foundation with a lot of cool side games and engaging characters, I see myself getting the subscription in the future.
Just ignore this game its so bad
Most of the feedback I’m about to report concerns mixed reality:
It had been quite a while since I last tried this app, and I must say it has improved. Some things are still a bit cumbersome though — for example, why do we have to enable or disable a walking mode? That mode should always be active!
When the avatar turns around, the rotation shouldn’t be abrupt; it should have a realistic turning animation.
Once the room is scanned, the avatar could also move around the room autonomously.
I’m really happy that dynamic occlusion is finally implemented!
All animation possibilities like different dances, the ability to sit on a chair or on the floor, or other actions I don’t recall at the moment, should all be triggerable through voice commands as well.
For example, if you ask the avatar to sit down and there is a scanned sofa, it should sit on the sofa (not in mid-air). The same goes for asking it to perform one specific dance instead of another.
If you ask the avatar to lie down, it could lie on the sofa or on the bed — but all through coherent and nice-looking animations.
The manga-style avatars look nice; they remind me a little of UniChat. I like that you simply look at the avatar, press the button, and speak — also similar to UniChat. That’s fine!
The VR worlds have nice and pleasant graphics, but the colors should be reviewed to be more harmonious, with more pastel tones that blend better. This would greatly improve the final result.
There should be an optional mode in the menu where avatars can perform actions autonomously and start conversations on their own without being prompted. For example, the avatar could walk around by itself and decide to sit on the sofa, or move toward the door and comment on it, or toward the window and say something related to what could be seen outside. Since there is room scanning and the avatar can be aware of the objects in the room, why not use that awareness to make it more autonomous and engaged?
The choice of a free plan and paid plans seems reasonable. The paid ones are fairly priced, even if not exactly cheap.
For users who really want to support the app long-term, you could offer a yearly plan at a slightly cheaper rate than the monthly one — pay once and don’t think about it for the whole year. This type of subscription should be promoted more if introduced.
Another improvement that would be great: having two avatars in mixed reality so they can talk to each other while the user participates. The same in VR: multiple avatars should be able to converse together. But before that, the most important thing is speeding up avatar response time — this is essential. The faster they respond, the better the user experience!
They speak Italian quite well too, so that’s good, thanks!
P.S. Regarding the games with avatars — those games where you're basically just facing a static interface and the avatar doesn’t actually do anything… I don’t like them. Something more complex and interactive is needed, where you physically see the avatar doing something and playing together with you — although I realize that would be much more complex to implement.
please also update the available languages shown on the Meta Store, because even though Italian is actually supported, the store only lists English as available. There might be many Italian users who don’t download it, thinking that it doesn’t speak Italian.
As the app is right now, I would have given it 4 stars, but since I know you are working hard and it’s getting better, I prefer to give 5 stars straight away.
Listen, I know developing games is difficult. Hell, I MAKE games myself. But I have NEVER seen worse pathfinding in any game EVER until I played this. NPCs will constantly walk through walls, other NPCs, various props, ANYTHING just to get to their designated location. That’s just one problem. Then there’s the abundance of stock assets. And the obvious grow-a-garden parody built in. I HATE gag…why is it in every video game now?!
And you want people to pay for this game MONTHLY??
All in all, please don’t play this game. ever. Don’t buy the subscription service. Anyone who gives this game a decent review probably gooned to this game.
The universe is very nice, the discussion with the characters is good. Too bad there aren't many places where you can do things but I know the game is in early access.
