Don’t get this if you play gorilla tag!

I’m sorry but if you’re used to playing gorilla tag and want this because you think it’s just like gorilla, you’re wrong. Mainly just because there is like 10 times the amount of power when moving around in gorilla tag than this, also either it is extremely hard to pinch climb or I’m just bad at game (it’s probably just that I suck at the game) but it’s way harder in this than gorilla tag.

Is it just me...

...or is this game better than many of the other platformers out there? I love it. As a pure platformer, this game has a huge amount of potential, but it's very clearly far from being finished. The physics are pretty good, I like the aesthetics of most of the levels, it provides a pretty decent workout, and it's just plain fun.

A few areas for improvement:

- My hands have gotten stuck a few times under the initial surface of a level, at which point my only choice is to exit.

- The organization/presentation/progression of levels is a little confusing. The game begins in a tutorial level without any clear exit, and some instructions posted for how to go to level select. However, the level select is pretty confusing. If, for example, you select 7, you may or may not get the same level every time. Also, level 16 just magically appeared at one point. It's incredibly inconsistent and confusing.

- As much as I like level select AFTER completing levels, it kind of undermines the purpose of the game to have all levels unlocked from the beginning.

- I like the time feature, but is there a way to hide it or relocate it from the center of the view? It kind of ruins the immersion.

- Is there a settings menu?

- Contrary to what some other reviewers have stated, my gravity seems very strong, which makes the game (especially the climbing) very difficult. The mechanics and physics are fairly good but are inconsistent at times.

- There are guns in the tutorial and in another level, but they don't appear to shoot or have any purpose.

- Why are there some levels without portals? Are they unfinished?

- The city levels (10 and 11): no thanks. They don't fit the rest of the game. Personally, I would ditch the grapplers.

A few tweaks and this platformer could be amazing! If this were turned into a full feature game with 25 or so expansive levels (minus the city levels), I would absolutely buy it.

Hi, Thanks for the kind words. This is a prototype and I need to put some work to clean it all up. Thanks again for playing.

This game is amazing

I love the application of gorilla tag-like movement in a obstacle platforming game. Also, the physicality of the movement system is incredible, to me it even feels better then games like stride. This game deserves more attention.

Very very good with the new update but may you add more weapons and enemies to hit and multiplayer?
Overall very very good
