Customer Service SUCKS
NOTE: AFTER THE LAST UPDATE Not sure if it was yours or the V81 for Meta I lost all my collectables and things I won playing the games, statues, posters, shelf decorations to all my games. It still shows my high scores (one of them I was #6 on the world) and I still have all the trophies on the back shelving and turning wheel, but everything else was lost. I had maxed out Indiana Jones and was close to maxing out (Level 5) on Addams Family and Star Trek. Can you help me regain all those items back? I have started over on a couple live the two Elvira tables since the items disappeared. I also had 80+ out of the 480+ stars at the globe with the world contests. Thank you for your attention to this.
UPDATE: Yes, I have tried to contact them TWICE about two weeks apart and after three weeks still have not heard back from them. I even gave them links to my VR Game review page where I have videos of me walking through the arcade showing the statues, posters and shelf items that were there and now they are all gone. They just don't seem to care at all.
UPDATE TO THE UPDATE: It has been several months now since I contacted your customer service about losing everything, I worked so hard on to earn playing your games when the V81 for Meta happened and STILL NO RESPONSE. I LOVE your games but HATE your customer service.
I have made several videos for my VR game review page on YouTube talking about this problem and letting my subscribers know. I am LOWERING YOUR SCORE from 5 TO 3 until I get some sort of satisfaction form you and continue to warn YouTubers about your lack of customer service.

I tried the demo and there were some time limits so I assumed when I bought it for 10 bucks, the restrictions would be gone. But, no you don’t really own these games in here what the $10 gets you is a chance to buy them and they cost multiple times $10 or you can just play them with limit so that if you’re three minutes into a game it just cuts you off. This is a new low and I’m really surprised that Meta allowed it to happen. You would think they would do a better job of protecting their customers.

Simply The Best Pinball Experience!
I've always loved playing pinball but it is quite difficult to find any actual tables to play here in the arcades in the UK. Even if you do manage to find them, they can cost a small fortune to play. So I am beyond happy with Pinball FX VR. I own every Pinball FX table across all their games and formats, flat screen and VR. This is so immersive and addictive. Every table is meticulously detailed and they all play brilliantly with all sorts of different modes and challenges. The characters standing beside the tables as you play add so much to the game, if a little distracting at times (thanks Elvira!). Check out MechaGodzilla. Awesome to see him stomping around next to you as you play. The table packs are very reasonably priced for the amount of hours of game play you will get here and when you consider how much it costs to play on a real table. You can even play in mixed reality and add the tables and everything you win into your own living space, it's like the tables are actually in front of you. In conclusion, this is the best pinball game you will play outside of the real thing. Just get flipping. A definite 10/10 from me. A big thumbs up and thanks to the guys at Zen. Keep them tables coming. I can't wait to see what's next!
Fix regional pricing and AI slop
This is pretty much peak as far as pinball in VR gets. They could definitely do regional pricing, everything outside of dollars is really messed up in my local region which has absolutely whacked prices for tables.
The other issue is that there is terrible slop AI art all over the arcade that they couldn't even be bothered to have an actual artist clean up, it just looks cheap and crap like a bad Horizon Worlds level made by a 12-year-old.
