This free demo contains the current, fully playable WebXR alpha of PHOTONKATANA. It is an early build from a solo developer in Austria. The game is being rebuilt in Unity/OpenXR for a future, separate paid release. Downloading this demo does not include that future release.

Ignite two photon katanas on a neon highway. Swing to cut rogue machines along their weak points, time your blocks to reflect laser fire, and duck or lean around obstacles between combat waves. Duel the CYBER RONIN, face the TITAN UNIT and challenge KAIROS.

Varied attacks build your D-to-SSS style rank. Earn Photon Shards through play to unlock blades and trails. No in-app purchases or ads.

Stationary VR play with no artificial locomotion. Supports Touch controllers, hand tracking, seated mode and comfort settings.

Play without signing in; an optional account enables online features. An internet connection is required for the first launch and loading the hosted game. Offline play depends on previously cached content.
