The game feels like an old-school exploration shooter for PC/console systems, and that's only a virtue. The graphics aren't groundbreaking, but they're not bad either; they're decent, and since graphics aren't the most important aspect of a video game, that's acceptable. However, it does have significant drawbacks, such as: movements are too slow and there is no option to increase speed. The enemy movements are poorly executed, lacking animation when hit by your bullets, and the patterns are quite predictable, making combat rather boring. You can find solace in exploration, which seems (for now) to be the best part of the entire game.

feels like an alpha version made by new dev's. but the price reflects that. It would have been nice if they updated this and didn't seemingly(?) abandon it so quickly. The sound effects are very rough, guns sound are weak, your suit makes this very annoying mechanical hiss sound anytime you move, and all the voice acting is very rough AI text to speech. That said, this is the absolute closest thing on the app store to a 40k Space Hulk vr, and that alone is pretty rad. I think if you have some friends to play with, the multiplayer might be more fun than the campaign, but I don't know, I didn't test it. Also the campaign gets pretty difficult, those aliens are quick.

Under baked, little to no polish.
Very rough sound design.

Ive only played a few missions so far but its been pretty awesome and im looking forward to finishing it.

It's a interesting game if you like space semi horror / action.

To developers,
Suggest if you can lower the muzzle flash option. The current muzzle flash it's too bright and big. Hard to aim.

And one important question, how many players can play up to in co-op mission? It didn't specify.

In the future: Maybe Co-Op story mode gameplay to save from repetitive walk and shoot mode. Other than that. Keep going!! Can’t wait to see more patches.

However; sometimes when walking into the next load dock. You can get stuck before you can enter.

This was one of my favorite Quest games. The main reason I bought it, in the first place, was because it worked offline. I only buy offline titles because I don't always have internet for my Quest and expect the titles I purchase to work anytime and place. "Nova Sol", just automatically updated to 2.0 and now suddenly requires the internet to load and play my SINGLE PLAYER CAMPAIGN.
What's really dumb is after the game loads you can disconnect the internet connection and it still works. You can even exit/close the app. and reload it from the quick launcher, (as long as the icon is there), offline and it works. But when you go to your app. library the large icon is grayed out until an internet connection is made. There is no reason why the SINGLE PLAYER CAMPAIGN needs the internet, in fact it doesn't. I purchased this as an offline game and I didn't willingly update this to 2.0.
It just updated on its own.
Obviously, the online multi-player is nice and the faster walking ability quite good too ! But, I purchased an offline SINGLE Player Campaign title and would really like that option back !! That being said this is really an absolutely fantastic shooter and I've had lots of terrifying hours playing in hard mode....
