NORN is an indie fantasy VR experience, based on an ancient traditional Norwegian legend. This complex metaphorical lore takes place in Brain, where Civil war has struck, and the dark forbidding figure of Hel is on the rise to power. She has stolen the Mind’s Will and is about to overthrow the government with her Army of Stress Hormones. Imagination is slowly fading, and time is running out. Our heroine Gullveig must embark on an epic journey with a dangerous Quest: to free the Will from enslavement in the reptilebrain and save the State of Fantasy. But to find the key before Hel does, she will need your help...

This is the first chapter of a series based upon a Norwegian legend, one of power, overcoming adversity, and knowing thyself. Enter this unique and ancient story, never before told like this. And don't forget to tilt you gaze upwards, towards the cosmic skies -- handpainted by the artist herself.

NORN Chapter 1 won the Grand Jury Award and the Best XR Art & Culture award of the Nordic VR Forum & VRINN Awards in 2021.

Viking stuff? Yes please

Way too much exposition. Boring.
Interesting art direction.
Virtually zero interaction.

Do better

Wish the story was longer

Interesting story.

As it indicates - it's Volume 1 - so it's not a complete story - hope the other parts will be developed. So I hope this purchase helps funds the development of Volume 2.

Love it

I am ready for Vol 2
Left off when it was really getting good and wanting to continue. Some interaction and a very interesting story. The journey continues with the next Volume 2. Looking forward to it. Thank you for this adventure.

Good intro

I wish this would lead into a full fledge interactive adventure. It’s like an extended opening credit to what would be an awesome adventure experience. I did enjoy it. It’s only 1.99 because it’s a short experience. If I didn’t like it I would refund it, but I thought it was cool so hopefully my 1.99 helps fund more development
