When I first played this game I had a blast, then I went to my grandparents for the weekend and set up a new room, there was a couple bugs but nothing too serious. But when I had to re-set up the original room, it made me do the tutorial again and it was almost as if my save file was leaking into a new one. I still had all my quests, statues,weapons and even the passive rewards from the blacksmith and lumberyard. But it had locked all the levels and the npc’s were gone, also, it took away a blessing slot and my best blessing. If this can be fixed it’ll be a five star game for sure

The combo of VR+MR is really cool! It's fun to explore the different environments in your room and play the different minigames on your expedition. Combat is easily the most fun as you have so many different ways to play with the variety of weapons, not even in just range, melee and magic! Chests, NPCs and the Travelling Merchant allow you to gain lots of nice free stuff you can use on expedition or in the kingdom. Fishing is fun, Mining and woodcutting are more or less the same but utilize the same crit spot mechanic from combat, but now at your own pace!(Given it's not a mimic..)
The VR portion gives you access to the kingdom, which is your respite away from the active MR portion, allowing you to build up your kingdom and develop it overtime by unlocking the ability to craft and shop in the kingdom, rather than waiting to get free stuff on an expedition. You can also use the shrine and different decor spots to get upgrades so you can have an easier expedition!

I’ve generally been lukewarm about Mixed Reality but Mythic Realms changed my mind. It has the perfect blend of MR modes/quests and VR world building that keeps everything fresh. The game performs fantastically on my Quest 3.

I did knock one star off as I feel that the variety of tasks during a quest is rather limited and can get repetitive after a few quests. I like the more advanced combat scenarios as you get deeper into quests, but having to fish/chop/mine in between the fun stuff can feel like work. More variety would make this an easy 5 star review!

Closest thing I can get to a RuneScape-ish type VR/MR game. I’m really impressed with how smooth it plays most of the time. That being said, you occasionally get a little glitch here and there like when you’re in the MR realm and an activity spawns inside my refrigerator or sometimes in my wall. It’s not all the time that it happens so I can get over it. For some reason I feel like we need a save button to save our progress, I guess it saves by itself but I just don’t fully trust that, but I guess it’s just a suggestion. Other than that, AMAZING! Keep doing you guys and take your time with the updates!!

First off I've been loving the game since I grabbed it about a week ago. As long as you have a room big enough to have fun in. This is my current favorite game. But at the moment the new update has broken some of the features. Currently I can't use the blacksmith, whenever I try to put any ore in the furnace the ores will disappear, also happens with the lumber crafting. And lately while in the mixed reality world the game will glitch out and any weapon I'm holding will look flat and not 3d dimensional and once it does that it won't allow me to create a portal to go back to town so I'll end up losing anything I've gather. Once these are fixed I'm sure this will be a 5 star game again.

Oh wow, such a fun experience. There is a MR and VR part of gameplay, but I like the mixed reality wayy more. Really a great use of the technology! 100% recommended!
