Fantastic Shooting-Style Rhythm Game!
The target shooting-style mechanics are a breath of fresh air for rhythm games. There are notes to hold, "whammy," and slam! If that's not convincing, it features "Still Alive" from Portal! Hoping for Quest Achievements in the future 🤘🏆
Very different but great rhythm game
The learning curve is, at least for me, quite heavy but the tutorial is perfect to get into the game, everything is explained very well to fully understand what you need to do. The song selection is really great and fits the game very well!
All in all the game feels polished, I haven't experienced any bugs or hickups and it runs perfectly on Quest. I can recommend it to everyone who loves music / rhythm games and wants to try out something different!

I’m gonna take a wild guess that you’re here poking around the reviews for MUSICAL RANGE because you’re bored with all of the other rhythm games that are out there and are looking for something new and exciting.
Well, your hunting has paid off as MUSICAL RANGE is just that. New, refreshing, exciting, fun, challenging, rewarding, and the list goes on.
The content is amazing as are the developers who are more active than most other devs out there. That means you’re in for a long road ahead of features and updates
The sheer amount of musical note types that MUSICAL RANGE offers will leave you craving coming back for more to master it all. Custom songs are also being added to the Quest release! I also highly recommend the Discord Channel.

Well this changes everything. I enjoyed the tutorial and decided the game is good but the continued support and custom music makes this a full fledged great title to invest some time into.

One of my favorite games, now on Quest
I've been playing Musical Range on Steam for about a year and a half, closer to two. It has only gotten better since I started playing, and now more people get to play it, which is awesome. When you really get into the songs, it's super fun, and the expert versions are challenging, but with a bit of practice, they sound great. It's not as physically demanding as some other music/rhythm games, but that doesn't mean you won't be moving. You'll be moving notes all over the place and punching with power to add some spice to your performance. See you at the top of the leaderboards!
