Great rhythm game. Great graphics and great songs! It keeps you engaged as you can unlock songs and items every time you perform well. I'm really happy with the purchase!!!!
This is a truly polished demo. Up there with the best. Thank you devs!
My only critique is I was feeling very sophisticated up until they chucked in a random rap song with swearing.
The devs masterfully created a sophisticated atmosphere, but the rap really took it away briefly.
Don’t feel like you need to appeal to everyone!!!
Dear [Game Developer/Support Team],
First of all, I want to express our sincere appreciation for Maestro, my family and I absolutely love the game. It is truly a masterpiece, combining fun gameplay with beautiful musical elements. We’ve enjoyed it so much that I purchased all available DLCs without hesitation.
However, I feel compelled to leave a 2-star review, not because of the gameplay or quality, but due to the tone and atmosphere of the DLC content. The environments are overwhelmingly dark and unsettling, featuring skeletons, ghostly imagery, and hellish themes, which have frightened both me and my children.
While we understand the appeal of dramatic and epic storytelling, we believe it is possible to achieve that without resorting to such demonic visuals. Franchises like Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and even Fantasia manage to be immersive and powerful without being so disturbing, especially for younger audiences.
Unfortunately, the inability to refund the DLC adds to our disappointment. We genuinely want to continue supporting your work and hope future content can consider a more family-friendly approach, something that maintains the epic and beautiful style without the darker imagery.
Please take this feedback into serious consideration. We truly value what you’ve created and hope to continue enjoying it as a family.
Thank you for your time and understanding.
Sincerely,
Even though the game is already released, this demo is the best demo I have ever seen in my life. People criticizing and saying "oH ThIs deMo iS tHe wOrsT I hAVe eVeR sEeN." No, devs, keep doing what you're doing. Eventually, yall will be in the top Meta Quest studios in the world.
I like the game but it was over fast, thought there was talk about a full game, think I just did a demo
What an amazingly cool concept! It blows me away with the creativity that independent developers have shown with virtual reality applications. Whether it be playing golf at Pebble Beach ( Golf+), kayaking in Antarctica (National Geographic Explorer), swimming with whales or manatees or even sharks (Ocean Rift) or even stepping out of an 80th floor window (Richies Plank Experience), I am continually amazed at things that I can do in VR that would either be ridiculously expensive, ridiculously difficult, or just wouldn't happen in real life. But you know that you wanted to try them…. This is one of those kind of applications, but even better, because it changes conducting a stage full of orchestra musicians and a huge choir of singers into a rhythm game. Part of it is tongue in cheek, part of it is old school (such as the formal attire of the musicians), and part of it is 21st-century (including the tweets that you see in the auditorium from the audience members reviewing your performance on their social media feeds! Super well done and I hope they come up with more and more pieces of music for which you can conduct.
