Upon your feedback we have verified again the gun is reloading properly.
It seems there may have been some confusion about the reloading process.please follow these steps:

1. Grab the magazine with your left controller and push it upwards towards the gun.
2. Pull the re-loader, located on the right side of the gun, backward, and then release it.
3. The gun will reload automatically.
