Gladius
Action ∙ Fighting ∙ SurvivalGladius is an immersive VR sword fighting game set in ancient Rome. As a gladiator, you will choose your weapons, train against different enemies, and finally fight for your freedom in epic battles against the mightiest warriors of the ancient world. Win the crowd and you will win your freedom!
There are 4 different sections:
1) The Games: Survive for 7 days in the glorious Colosseum fighting the most formidable enemies in a variety of themed stages (Egyptian Temple, Naval battle, Maze, …).
2) Arena: Compete on the global leaderboards on 5 different challenges (endless, weapon master, bridge defense, market and chariots) and become the best gladiator in all of them.
3) Training: Completely customizable game mode where you can choose weapons, enemies, and duration of the game. Players can fight solo or in teams with other NPCs.
4) Community mods: Play scores of community created mods, from deadly beach ball guns and giant spoons, to ancient pyramid reconstructions or forge arenas.

I love it
I love the mods such as the lightsaber and master sword mod but I just wish there was a story.

Very good game very entertaining but they need to have a PVP option and multiplayer and perhaps more arenas or even adding a story
FANTASTIC game but flawed
My second review ever. I LOVE - this game and play it daily but I can't give 5 stars due to several flaws that are just not being fixed.
- it's quite monotonous, after having played it daily you notice that's it's always the same enemies
- there are way to few arenas to have fun, I always return to the same one again
- the custom portion is I believe BETA and it will probably be forever as things there just don't work smoothly
- in the Market there are glitches where you can walk through walls and get stuck
- in Market it happens quite often that the level won't end although all enemies are defeated
- in the game beaten enemies often freeze in place, dead, and won't fall down
- sometimes enemies get stuck in Market behind doors and fences, making the game unplayable
- in Market when you run into one of the stalls on the left and let enemies come to you, there are HEAVY glitches with enemies walking through the walls and just graphical glitches
I wish there were more potions in the arenas, maybe making you taller or smaller or being able to cast spells.
The minotaur in level 8 of the Market arena is GREAT but it's just the only oversized enemy. I wish there were 8 feet gladiators, an oversized tiger, MORE animals then just the tiger and minotaur.
I wish enemies could maybe jump or crouch and not simply just run towards you. More intelligent enemies.
I wish a lot but I hope there will be an update soon as there has not been one in many months.
Awesome game
It’s a really fun game to play. It’s just make sure all the glass stuff is out of your living room. Has a couple glitches still like climbing up the ramp in the Egypt map requires jumping and that barrel in the armory if you’re wearing anything you just bought it will sell it without asking you if you walk up to that barrel very vexing $8000 sword got 2000 for right away. Never got to use it. had to fight more and repurchase. Do something about the barrel it’s a thief and you cannot exact your revenge on the shopkeepers either after they steal with their barrel. can you please make it so you can slay the shopkeepers? can you make it save as you go so you get credit in the endless arena if your battery dies before you die? I was on level. I don’t know what but it was past 20 something and my battery died and when I went back into the game. It didn’t give me any of the gold and it didn’t show any of my progress. Because the battery died while the game was still going. How do you fix that? it’s like being punished for doing too good so you end up in this endless loop of zero progress. I do love playing it though I just want credit for my work done.

i think you should do what night club sim does, be able to break bones, smash peoples heads together, ect. also a sheild bash would be great
