Exorcism Agency is a blast to play with friends. It’s spooky, intense, and at times freakin’ terrifying! It’s full of those screaming moments that make multi-player horror games so fun. (But seriously, make a quick detour to the bathroom and handle business before playing…could be a wise decision, as my friend soon found out, lol.)

Now, I played with multiple people who have all played Phasmaphobia. I have never played that game, so in turn, had no way to make a comparison. They said the games share some similarities and this definitely reminded them of the other game. So with fresh eyes, I found the atmosphere really worked and the scares are quite good. Take it from me, I run a long-time haunted VR scare experience with live actors every October, so I’m kinda familiar with what really frightens people in this type of immersion. The game uses sound effects and music clips to a very effective level and nails a lot of the tension, shock and suspense in a fun way.

That said, I did submit some suggestions. A few that would be amazing would be if the game supported six players instead of four. We had more friends who wanted to join, but had to rotate people out, which was kind of frustrating since each session can take a while. We also had a younger person spawn in to our public room when we were waiting for our last friend, so unfortunately, we couldn’t play with him, but he was a newbie and when we play games we like to allow new folks to come along with us and it was just a little unfortunate that we weren’t able to do that with this one. We would’ve been happy to have him join us.

It would also help a lot if we could carry more items and move a little faster, since having to go back and forth to the van eats up a ton of time (especially when you spawn without what you need). A few small tweaks like extra inventory slots and adjustable walking/running speed would make the game even better.

One of my friends who was actually streaming each time we played happened to die first and very quickly the other night and it was unfortunate because being dead…it’s pitch black and you can’t grab a flashlight and you can’t see what’s going on so it made the stream a little less enjoyable that way. He felt that if he would have had the ability to still see what was going on, perhaps with night-vision or maybe with an automatic light attached to him, at least he could have seen what was happening for the stream while getting the visuals of us instead of just getting visuals of these white dots floating around in the dark. It would allow for people who are gone to be able to still enjoy the game and watch their friends get completely freaked out, lol, as well as if they are streaming and taking pictures or something fun like that, they would be able to still have a good visual for YouTube or Twitch. That would make for a great video while providing some fantastic free publicity for the game! See…it’s a win/win!

Overall, it’s a fun and scary co-op experience that is definitely worth playing. You can play it alone, but if you scare easily, definitely grab the friends. After all, you’re gonna need SOMEONE to run in front of so the creepies don’t go after you! Lol. (Ok just kinddin’…I would NEVER do that….or…would I? Hmmmm…) 🫢

Very good horror and game

Despite some glitches, my friends and I had an absolute BLAST playing this game!! Absolutely looking forward to seeing more things added to this game ❤️❤️❤️

The private rooms are glitched a little, and if you stand in front of pull doors (specifically in the tutorial room) you’ll clip through the wall, fall through the map, and won’t respawn.

To play, we made a public instance and joined eachother off of that. Most of everything else went smoothly. Reminds me heavily of phasmophobia and I cant wait to see more ❤️

This game reminds me so much of phasmophobia but for quest stand alone. Its a fun game to play with people who get scard and scream because you will brake out lafing so hard. Now the few things id like though is if you died if in ghost form it be nice to have night vision to beable to see since you cant have a flash light and having a better understanding on how we can complete stuff because right now XD i have 0 points and its hard to get more lol but with freinds lest they can help. I so would recomand the game. I have livestreamed the game a few times and its funny going back to watch it.

I was told about this game just a few days ago and I spent the weekend playing it and watching my friends play it. I can't wait to play it more. I would recommend this to anybody that doesn't have a PC. It is awesome for a quest exclusive Way to go exorcism agency team

The first time I entered the game, I was a little confused about the tutorial, but once I got into the room where the ghost was behind the fence, I was able to understand what each item was for and how to use it. I tried each one on the ghost but wasn’t sure if they were working or supposed to work. I ended up leaving the room and didn’t know where to end the tutorial, but later realized it was in another room on a wall.

My first try in multiplayer, I went back to the room with the computer and the phone ringing. My friend gave me a code to join, but nothing happened. They made the room public, and I had to spam the join button before I finally got in. I was so ready to start and couldn’t wait! I still wasn’t sure what I needed when we got there, but I had a lot of laughs and a lot of screams…lol.

At one point, the ghost got me, and I wasn’t sure if I died because I looked over and saw the ghost with her hand out like she had someone by the throat, but there was nothing in her hands. I asked if I was dead, and my friend laughed and said, “Yep, you’re on the floor.” Even though I was dead, I could walk around and still talk to my friends, which was nice. Usually when someone dies in a game, they are no longer in it, or we can’t hear them. I did notice that my flashlight was gone, which made sense, but the rooms were so dark it was hard to follow my friends or walk around.

Also, doors wouldn’t stay open and slammed shut on the next person entering.

All in all, I really enjoyed this game. We laughed, and I mostly screamed. There were a few times I worried my neighbor thought I was crazy because I kept yelling “ghost! ” Excellent game, and it’s great to have a game like this for the Quest.
