I’m left handed and Toss the ball with right when serving last time I played. Suddenly the ball toss changed to left where the paddle is. I tried everything on the settings and i cant change it back. Have attempted so many times and still no luck. Can you help please
At this point, don't spend your money on it if you're looking for an ENJOYABLE experience. The game is quite close to real life table tennis and likeable in that way. HOWEVER.... The one thing I keep encountering on a daily basis, is individuals who are abusive in their behavior. From making "cutthroat" gestures, to constantly saying "come on b*tch, you're mine", to walking up in your face and trying to scare you with aggressive moves, etc. Very bad player experience. I had stopped playing for a year or so, and hoped it oauld have improved by now. It didn't. Too many people play this game as if it's the Olympics and WW3 at the same time. Nothing wrong with being competitive, I certainly am, but these players are ridiculous. Ofc you can report, block, leave, etc., but if you don't want to lose points every time you want to avoid leaving every time someone behaves badly... 🤷🏼♀️
I play table tennis at a club. Not at a very high level, but still in a club, so I know quite a bit about table tennis. Honestly, I only bought the Meta Quest so I could play Eleven Table Tennis, because as a table tennis player, I was really interested in it. And what can I say – it absolutely meets, or even exceeds, all my expectations. The physics in this game are incredible. I heard they were recently updated, so I don’t know what they were like before, but now they’re just amazing. I can and have to use the exact same types of strokes as in reallife table tennis, and as someone who’s just a mid-level club player, I honestly don’t notice much difference. Being able to play anytime, without owning a physical table, against other players, the AI, or with the ball machine is really impressive. So, huge compliments to the developers of this game. Please keep up your great work in the future! By the way, would it be possible to enable the AI to not do the same kind of topspin-serve all the time but to choose randomly from a variety of different serves?
Table tennis is a perfect use case for vr because there's no chance of motion sickness and this game is the just realistic one
