Step into the boots of a soldier in Days of Heroes: D-Day and relive one of the most epic moments of World War II in VR.

The game delivers a full campaign experience with missions that feel straight out of the greatest war stories: fight through narrow trenches, hold the line under heavy fire, destroy enemy tanks, and push forward with your squad. From brutal beach landings to desperate last stands, every mission is designed to capture the intensity and atmosphere of wartime combat.

Use over a dozen authentic World War II weapons, faithfully recreated in look and mechanics. Tackle a wide variety of objectives — from close‑quarters skirmishes to long‑range firefights and daring sabotage operations.

Once you finish the campaign, sharpen your skills on a dedicated shooting range with four different modes. Ready for a challenge? Try the Hardcore Mode, pushing your tactics and survival instincts to the limit.

Whether you’re a fan of classic, story‑driven war shooters or looking for an immersive VR battle experience, Days of Heroes: D-Day brings the intensity and atmosphere you’re looking for.

Not what I expected

So disappointed, the bugs and glitches won’t even allow me to reload any weapon. Just a disappointment from the demo. Do not buy this based on the fun from the demo. The 1st battle was just an horrid experience of no fun or meaning. Then you just throw in some out of place movie clips but you list it as a mission. A Buggy, glitchy and underwhelming experience. Should be a free game or still on the developer’s table.

We're really sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations.

We’ll be working on a comprehensive update very soon, addressing bugs and improving the overall gameplay experience.

We hope you’ll consider giving Days of Heroes another shot in the future—it’s a project we care deeply about, and we’re committed to making it better.

I didn't like the game.

Not at all what I expected, half of the missions are very short and boring, the npcs are very stupid, especially the friendly npcs, they can't even kill anyone, the enemy npcs can only go to the positions allocated for them, and some missions are not passable at all, for example, missions where the npcs have machine guns, and there are very few interesting missions, you can't pick up weapons from corpses, at the beginning of some missions you have to wait several minutes for the mission to start. This game is not worth 15 dollars.

Thank you for your feedback!
The game was originally developed for Quest 1, which had a lot of performance limitations, so for example it wasn’t possible to pick up weapons from enemies’ bodies.

As for having to wait several minutes for some missions to start – that sounds unusual, and we’d be happy to hear more details about your experience.

If you’d like to share more and discuss your thoughts, feel free to join our Discord: www.dohvr.com/discord – we’d love to talk with you!
We’re also starting to work on updates for D‑Day soon, so hopefully we’ll be able to change your mind about our game in the future.

WOW!!! 🤩

I really enjoyed the game, even though the Steam version has more levels, like the last one where you fight about 5 or 6 bosses/field marshals. And yes, I bought both versions because... just because I can! What's the big deal?

Well deserved five stars!

Fun game

I’ve had a lot of fun with this game. Made better than most for sure, but where is the sequel? Completely discontinued by meta. Which is very much, pushing me to a point of not wanting to play VR, as Meta can’t seem to keep games on the headset for more than a few years. Getting very pathetic. I was excited to see the second one. Hopefully it’s still set to release. I was excited for this game. Literally the only thing in the coming soon section, I was excited for.

Absolutely, D‑Day had a tumultuous ride on Meta, but we’re back and stronger than ever! 💥 We’re currently developing Days of Heroes: Stalingrad, which will be launching on the Meta store very soon. After that, we’ll return to D‑Day with a massive update to make it even better.

Thanks so much for your positive feedback — it really means a lot! 🙌 We hear you and all the others voicing the same concerns. Join our Discord community here for the latest updates and to stay in touch: www.dohvr.com/discord/

Appreciate your support — VR’s not going anywhere, and neither are we! 🎖️
