Crimen - Mercenary Tales

OK, the premise of this game seems to be pretty good but with all the glitches it just needs more work. Lots more work.

I never even ever had fun in a vr game like this and while playing there was some funny moments 😂 5 stars 🤩

I love the stories in this - the exploration of different historical times and places and the combat is fun as well. Only took off a star because I think the combat could be a little bit more engaging. I know it's purposefully "arcadey" but the enemies and combat become a bit "samey" animation-wise and I think there's room for variety even within the arcade feel that they're going for. But still a ton of fun.

Decided to pick this up while it was on sale. The price was very reasonable. First, I'll go over some of the positives. I thought the art style was very good. The cell shaded, comic book style looked really good. I thought the idea of playing multiple characters through each of their adventures was very unique. While, each adventure was somewhat short, it was still interesting. A decent variety of enemy types that brought new challenges was fun as well.

Unfortunately, there are some negatives that soured the experience. At times it felt like the sword combat was not responding correctly. I'd have my sword in the right spot multiple times but would still take damage. That was a bit annoying. Certain enemies had bows and I found it hard to counter even though I was doing what was asked. Also, many times I'd go to grab an item and it would instead grab my sword. I wish they placed it closer to your body so it wouldn't interfere while trying to complete other tasks.

For the price I feel it's a decent purchase. It's still a fun experience with some flaws along the way.

Good game. Very fun. But one thing needs to be polished. And that’s the combat. Blocking things doesn’t register. Same goes for hitting. Give this game a little more time for it to update and hopefully all will be sorted

Does not even parry half the time and fighting is bad
