Each disease may have multiple possible cures. Explore, experiment, and find the best cure. Be careful, leftover items might make the patient sick again. Curing patients earns you reputation and gold. As your reputation grows, you'll unlock new diseases and tools. Spend gold to buy gear and upgrade your medical arsenal. 💸Donations or Fines

After charging a patient, you might receive a donation or a fine. The greedier you are, the higher the risk. But hey, you might just get lucky.

🎩Special VIP Patients

Sometimes VIPs show up, like a gold-dropping billionaire or a mafia boss with gunshot wounds. Heal them in time for extra rewards. Watch out, the mafia boss comes with a bodyguard. 👻Treat or Trick
