As a fan of the old school amiga game North & South the art style of the game was love at a first sight. The whole game is pretty humorous and I really enjoyed the arcade-like gameplay. It doesnt take itself too seriously and it makes it a lot of fun to destroy structures and shooting soldiers. The levels have a unique look and feel and there are plenty of challenges which gives you a pretty good value for money. For me I enjoyed my journes in the civil war quite a bit and I will come back more often. I am looking forward playing the game with friends because I think it will be a (canon) blast
Game is really quick to grasp and offers many different challenges for blasting your foes with different cannons. Recommended fun for everyone! Could use an option to enable teleportation movement to offer a better experience for those VR-gamers that get VR-nausea easily. Anyways, you should give this game shot (pun intended)!
This cannon-shooting VR game offers a surprisingly intuitive interface, making it easy to jump into without spending much time learning controls or reading instructions. It’s straightforward but doesn’t feel overly simplified.
The gameplay strikes a nice balance between accessibility and challenge. Early levels let you get the hang of firing with ease, but as you progress, accuracy and focus become key to advancing. It keeps things engaging without feeling frustrating.
While it might not blow you away with groundbreaking mechanics, it’s a solid choice for both VR newcomers and those looking for a skill-based game to pass the time. The multiplayer mode adds some variety, making it worth a try whether you’re playing solo or with friends.
This was one of my first VR games, and I'm still getting my VR legs. Despite that, I quickly got the hang of it; the controls were smoother than butter on a hot pancake, and firing the cannon felt as natural as breathing. The graphics and characters were a hoot, staying true to their quirky style. The voice acting was top-notch, and the worlds were as varied as a box of chocolates. Controlling and aiming the cannon was a blast (pun intended), though it might be even more entertaining for someone watching me flail around without the headset. The levels were challenging enough to keep me on my toes, perfect for several evenings of fun. The single-player mode is great, but I can't wait to dish out some virtual punishment in multiplayer—or get my butt kicked. It's a perfect casual game, even if you only have a few minutes to play. Plus, the thrill of seeing you have two shots left and needing both to hit to clear the level is unmatched. I'm excited to see how this game evolves—bring on the updates!
Great for relaxing after a hard days work! Point, shoot and have fun :)
