IT IS UNPLAYABLE! DO NOT BUY!
This game is 100% unplayable.There is horrible stuttering and freezing every other second. I tried rebooting my Quest 3 and reinstalled the game and the stuttering is still there. Unfortunately I purchased this product a while ago and tried it only now, so no refund for me. Please DO NOT BUY IT. Do not waste your money on something broken. I don't even know why META allows this kind of bugged software on their platform.
It's just fun.
This game is fun. It's everything that makes a silly 2000's shooter, but you are in VR so no one else will witness the cringy bits but you. I am not done with the game yet, but I bet it will feel short. The good news is this game has a lot of replayability with all the weird weapon options and environmental kills. I think the buggy launch and $30 price made this a tough sell when games like RE4 sell for that. Definitely still worth it (far less disappointing than the similarly priced Stride Fates). 100% worth getting on a sale and worth full price if you want a zany shooter. I really wish this had done better so People Can Fly could go back into their catalogue and also port the Painkiller series.
Fun Game. PS3-Era Visuals.
I bought this when it was on sale. It played fine on my Quest 3s. I did encounter a few points where the game didn’t progress properly and I had to exit out and reload the last checkpoint.
Other than some minor issues, I feel it is a good port of a single-player shooter. I enjoyed the mechanic of grabbing enemies from the distance and pulling them near or pushing them into hazards. I like this kind of experience in a VR setting, I just wish they had polished it some. It definitely does not look like the screenshots or video reel above, but not so horrible that it wasn’t on par with some of the other games currently available here.
Put it on your wishlist and wait until it goes on sale.
Good fun but should be longer
I really enjoyed this game but it was over too quickly it would have been so much better if it was twice as long. I've been hoping for a part 2 as the ending left it open.
This is what most of us been wanting!
People complain about anything and everything nowadays.. this is what most of us wanted for VR. Ports of our favorite games. This game looks good IMO. The cute scenes was handled very well, but you can tell those weren’t upgraded. But I’m enjoying this and wish most people would have given it a try.. you can always return it. I wish I would have supported it earlier. But I did have a lot of game backloged.
Garbage.
Graphics are not as good as the trailer. Game play is so shi++y! Seriously wish I didn't waste money on this. Try hellsweeper or sairento if you want powers and sick combat! cutscenes and cutscenes and cutscenes and cutscenes......
