Needs a lot of work. There's some things I'll mention, but first off, it's pretty glitchy; that must be said up front. And then personally I'd like to see more setting options, like being able to reverse colors to place Red in Right hand and bLue in Left hand... Rrred Rrright, bLLLue LLLeft. Or, if people want to play around with their own color schemes that suit them, that would be good to have, but this is what's worked for me in other games, and almost anyone else I know who's played beat saber... the improvement is nearly instant when they reverse their colors.
I think the tutorial in this game could also be a bit better, clearer and more thorough. I mean, people might be able to later figure out what's not clear, but it'd be nice to know right off how one is to handle the various odd blocks that come up.
With all the glitches, the reboots required just to play, and lack of customization, just left me unfortunately saying, nah, I can't do this anymore. BUT, I gave the game 3 stars because I think they could be onto something good here, if only they make some major improvements. For now I think I'll request a refund though; just way too much trouble at this point.
A Beat Siber-like casual game. Very easy to play and really addictive.
Wow, right off the bat, I have to say this game is not only super fun but also offers great value for money, especially compared to Beat Saber! The tracks are roguelike, providing a fresh experience every time you play, which is seriously addictive. Plus, the inter-sword thrusting design makes the hand movements so diverse, and the cool effects after hitting the BUFF items just get my blood pumping!
The game manual is also a fun little touch, like a little Easter egg, hoho~
Of course, even though I love this game, there are a few areas where I hope it can improve. For instance, sometimes it feels a bit clunky when switching hand movements. If it could be smoother, it would be perfect. Also, while the rhythm of the tracks is strong, it would be more engaging if there were more ups and downs.
All in all, this game is super fun, and I can't wait to see the next version! If you're a VR game enthusiast too, I highly recommend you give this game a try. I promise you'll love it~
