The mapping in this game is so good that is nearly feels as dancing. Playing this game improves my mood.
It also a phenomenal workout.
Dear developers: Thank you for your great work! I wish you can add a mixed reality mode in the future that would be so cool!
I was going to get it on my psvr2 , but wanted the cable free experience . This is so polished and and really gets you going . It has a real edginess to it and keeps you on your toes . I look forward to more music packs in the future. ( i was surprised it was slightly dearer on the quest ) Well to all concerned .
Edit: I'm Back! VR fitness wasn't an option for a few years there. My hips are shot. Well, I just got one of em replaced and I'm standing well enough to give it another go(and hoping to have the other hip replaced in a couple months)I'd forgotten how fun this is. It's been an amazing tool for assisting me with my physical rehab. I'm raising my review to an unprecedented 6 Stars.
Initially, I bought this game on Steam, on a bit of a whim. I had an inkling from Beat Saber that a vr rhythm game could potentially lead to some actual choreography. And here I was, a middle aged guy who always wished he could dance. The choreography on this is outstanding. So much so, that I REPURCHASED the game a 2nd time from the Oculus store so I could play it wirelessly on my Quest². That's a new one for me....well, except for Skyrim, but who HASN'T purchased Skyrim more than once? Anyway, everyone loves Synth Riders, and I actually returned it. Maybe if I'd tried Synth Riders before Audio Trip, I would have enjoyed it more, but it's just not as good as this. Also, there's an amazing community pumping out user mapped songs that are awesome. Check the Discord.
I have been using this game for a long time. About two weeks ago my old score vanished and it's not recording my current score. Everything is blank. I play with my sisters and I can't see there score either. I don't know if I'm doing better or no. What happened?
Yes I have been playing every week before this happen. I tried again last night and it didn't record my score. It doesn't show the leaderboard at all. Doesn't show my scores compared to my sister scores. It just stopped. How can you fix this? I contacted support and they didn't help me told me to contact the developer
I’ve tried every app, this is by far the most enjoyable workout I’ve had in VR. As a long time rhythm game enthusiast, Audio Trip captures the movement of dance choreography in a more satisfying way than anything I’ve experienced. The mapping is simply fantastic, as are the gameplay mechanisms. Foot tracking is the only thing that could make it even better; of course contingent on newer VR tracking modalities.
I play multiple times a day and this has become my preferred form of cardio. I hope this game becomes as popular as it deserves, and please let me give you more money.
I’m really enjoying this game and workout! I hope more music add-ons get released in the future because I’d be ready to buy those. A mix of releases featuring different famous songs/artists (think beat saber variety) would be perfect.
