While not exactly Tron in real life ...hold on it is Tron in real life...
I am living the dream I had as a teenager in the 1980s. No not that one, the other one about that day in the far distant future when computer graphics will be 3d realtime and I am virtually in the game!
I purchased the game, because it was on a list of those supporting the provolver. Sad to say the integration is not very good. A game such as Space Pirate Trainer shows how it can be done for lasers etc. While ARK ADE just gives a constant buzz across the "kick".
Fun game, got it mainly for protube haptic support but currently broken implementation. Hopefully there is a fix.
It's a short game but a very fun game and hard I have watched YouTube videos but boss number 2 the caterpillar one no matter what I do I cannot hit the golden Target. Was over me I shoot the golden old it goes back up I can get one or two hits one or two bars off it's very long health bar that it starts moving and for me it's impossible to hit. I'm not an expert gamer but far from not knowing what I'm doing. UPDATE: it's there but I did not see it, now that I have the slow motion it's much better. But, when I get to the area where there's a giant vault door that opens nothing is attacking me but I have a red wall on each side of the vault door and I can't go forward or back I'm just stuck there I've shot everything there is to shoot I got one of the secrets on the vault door I don't know what to do I don't know if I'm missing something or if the game is not functioning because I simply am stuck in this little area it is a very fun game though.
This is the best thing I’ve ever played. This game is definitely worth five dollars. I’d even buy it for $10. It is very fun. It is easy to figure out. I don’t know if you can play multiplayer. This is definitely the best game I’ve ever played because it is, mind blowing, fun, fast paced, many different modes, great quality, and a lot of work has been put into this. I can tell. This game is unique among others. If I were you I would wait to buy this until a holiday sale. I bought this during a holiday so when it was 50% off.
People kept writing how this game was very much like Tron, and I'm a big Tron fan. I saw that the comfort level rating was intense, and my VR legs aren't that great, but I had to give it a try. I'm happy to say that the game has lots of accommodations for controls. There is a teleport snap, but I found it best to lower the locomotion speed down low. Then you can dial it up as you get more used to it. I didn't get dizzy at all, plus I was too active ducking, dodging, and shooting to even notice.
All said, on first impressions, this is a fun game with that cool retro grid n pixels look. The powerups are cool. The bosses are challenging, and there are lots of different options for gameplay.
After playing for a while, just couldn't help but feel that it was just another COD type game with the all too familiar weapons. Since we're in the cyber/electronic world, maybe more creative, futuristic weapons other than the ol' traditional handgun and machine gun? Like maybe something that spits out a cyber electric eel. 😁
This game is crazy and fun!
You have various game modes, and you enter into an Arcade machine, going through levels shooting enemy and protecting a floating device called Ark.
You have to reach the end of the level to then face a boss.
You have bullet time and shield to help you along the way…. Also collect various weapons to aid you in reaching the end and the boss.
Graphics and sound are awesome! Some really cool effects!
There’s scoreboards so you can try to beat other players scores or times.
A very interesting arcade shooter!
