Some feedback and suggestions
First of all I love this kind of gameplay, which is why I'm leaving this feedback. I'd love to play more stuff like this.
Feedback/suggestions/ideas:
- Ability to have multiple weapons equipped, one on the Trigger and one on the Grip button. You could have a fast shooting main weapon on the Trigger, and a heavy cannon, laser, or lock-on missiles as a side weapon on the Grip.
Think something like Armored Core.
- Faster projectile speed and/or hitscan weapons, so you don't have to lead your shots so much. Especially early game. Plus it would be fun to sometimes just focus on dodging and keeping the crosshairs on the enemies, without worrying about leading the shots.
- Just an idea, but it would be cool to twist your hands to rotate your ship and do a barrel roll, perhaps working as a dodge mechanic with i-frames.
Unique kind of fun; tips
This game differs from the usual shooting games, in that you have two separate ships/guns at each hand, aiming at different targets, and each also avoiding incoming enemy missiles. There’s also a delay for all the bullets to travel so you have to anticipate the enemies movement. Consequently, this is a very different kind of fun than the usual FRS games. While I have purchased many games, this one has its unique place.
