A really fun arcade style game

I had a blast flying the little plane, both around my room and in VR. Blasting enemies and grabbing power-ups made for some good, simple fun.

What really helped was the lack of punishment for crashing into furniture. Without that, it would’ve been a lot tougher to enjoy.

It would be great to have a dedicated button to slow the plane down for tighter turns. I’d also love a settings toggle to switch from standard turning to angling the plane, so you could pull off loops and barrel rolls for some extra flair.

All in all, a fun arcade style flying experience and excellent value for money.

Oh, and one last tip - try flying the plane straight into your own face. See if you can keep your cool and not flinch.

So much fun!

I’m 52 now, but I remember flying my Star Wars ships around the living room. Making shooting sounds with my friends or sisters. I always wished they had real firing weapons so we could shoot the ships out of the air. lol. This is that. I feel like I have a remote control plane like a kid and can finally shoot the ships down. Once you get used to the controls, it’s soo much fun.

I hope there will be more content.
More levels
More enemies
More planes to fly
Unlock-able upgrades.

Dare I wish for multiplayer with 2 quest 3s.

It’s on the short side, but very much worth the experience.

This makes the most of MR

It's a nice little game. I'm not sure how much variety there will be as it's early day's, but it's executed well and it makes good use of the quest 3 MR. I hope it gets expanded, potentially making slaylon courses or maybe some target practice on the walls... My 6 year old son loves it, in moderation of course. No motion Or perception sickness so hopefully ok for him in moderation (wouldn't let him do anything motion sickness prone with his developing little brain)

One of the best MR games out there!

If you’re having a rough day and need to unwind, Alex & the Jets is exactly what you’re looking for. It’s fun, lighthearted, and surprisingly relaxing. The best part? You can fully enjoy it while sitting down – no intense movement or setup needed.

Whether you're flying through the skies or chasing floating cheese, it’s the kind of game that instantly lifts your mood—highly recommended for anyone who wants to chill out and have a great time.

Accessible While Playing Seated

Alex and the Jets, a mixed reality game that truly impressed me. At first, I was a bit sceptical due to the mixed reality aspect, but after learning about the recent update that enhanced the virtual reality mode, I was eager to give it a shot. One of the standout features is how easily playable it is while seated in my wheelchair, whether in mixed reality or VR, you don't need to move around your room. The controls are intuitive, and while mastering flight requires a bit of skill, it becomes a natural ability with just a little practice. The game is incredibly fun and surprisingly relaxing, making it a great choice for those who want to enjoy a gaming session without too much physical exertion. If you're looking for an engaging and stress-free gaming experience, this one is definitely worth checking out!
