None of the games work and neither does the media centre. Disappointed
Bad customer service
I purchased the 1st and 2nd step add-on and it fails to launch on the app, and there's no way to find customer support here. Very disappointing. Please troubleshoot within 24 hours or I will request a refund.

Очень крутое приложение, столько мест посмотрела изнутри так сказать, в любой момент включил подводный мир и кайфуй релаксируй например, в путешествиях смотрела на симпатичного парня, который всё это снимал)) мне кажется ему скучновато, возьмите напарницей)) работа мечты просто

I really like this app. I don’t know why I cant see my friend in the app but she can see me.
Great app but still needs work
First the good. My mom, 74, got a Quest 3 for Christmas. She lives several states away. Someone recommended this as a fun way to get together. We have chatted, played checkers, and did one of the tour videos. It's been fun.
Now for the desperately needs improvement part. First navigation is clunky at best. It really needs work. And can you please make the accepting an invite process easier? Yikes! I figured it out, but mom can't figure out where to click to accept an invitation. I ended up giving her my room code. Just have accept or decline buttons.
Next, we would love to have more shared games available. Parcheesi, Euchre, cribbage, rummy, snakes and ladders. Stuff my kids can play with Grandma or even each other when the oldest goes to college. For an app that encourages seniors and their distant family to connect, there sure aren't many options to do so.
