The highlight of Zen Garden VR is its guided meditation, led by a soothing and calming voice actor. The gentle guidance helps you focus on your breathing and deepen your meditation practice, all while you’re surrounded by the peaceful natural beauty of the garden. The voice actor’s tone is both comforting and grounding, making it easy to immerse yourself fully in the experience.
Whether you're new to meditation or looking for a peaceful retreat, Zen Garden VR offers a beautiful, calming experience that helps you disconnect and recharge. With its breathtaking visuals and tranquil meditation guidance, it’s a must-have app for anyone seeking a moment of peace in the world of VR.
This is great for helping with anxiety and getting out of my own head, it’s simple with just a few scenes at the moment (looking forward to more in the update) but I find it much more immersive and easier to get into than regular mindfulness meditation. It’s nice that you have the option of turning the voice off and just peacefully wandering, it feels as relaxing as being in nature but more convenient.
