This app swings open the door re the potential of MR for immersive storytelling. Three compelling experiences that were, indeed, wondrous. Hope to see more experiences added to the mix!
The first part is very short.
The second part is really nice, good music, but still a bit sparse.
There’s a look in the third part that I like, and wanted to stay and examine it a bit, but a large prompt was forcing me to go.
I like the idea of mixed reality experiences like this, it’s just a bit short and sparse.
I’ve had an app for Steam VR for like 12 years called “TheBlu”.
One part you are surrounded by luminous blue jellyfish, if it were on par with that, then I’d be so happy.
This was a cool experience, even though there are only three activities to take part in right now. I’m happy to support early access titles like this one that are upfront about what you’re getting. I do hope they continue updating it soon though because there is so much possibility in apps like this that immerse you in short awe inspiring experiences. It sort of reminds me of the app Liminal.
With some additional UI additions to make it easier to navigate, and adding more diverse types of experiences this could be a winner.
Could benefit from a menu to choose experiences. Would have loved if you could actually open a portal in the parallel universes one
Takes advantage of scene meshing and passthrough for a compelling experience (not a game!) All it needs is dynamic occlusion to be one of the best MR apps .
