Talking to Thomas Edison
I spent time in Thomas Edison's lab in Menlo Park. The various pieces of equipment and new technology was interesting, however, the highlight of the visit was sitting across the table from Thomas Edison and talking to him. I learned about his schooling, his view of DC vs AC, his family, wife, children, siblings, etc. It seemed the AI was able to answer nearly all of my questions. This is a great way to learn history! I think this will only improve, perhaps with quicker response from the target of the conversation. Also, having a photo-realistic avatar that mimics talking, and facial expressions leads to trying to get an understanding of the character's personality in the future.
