Virtuact XR

VIRTU-ACT is an innovative, completely free virtual reality experience designed to improve psychological flexibility and raise awareness of mental health stigma. Based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), this program immerses you in eight experiential exercises that will help you discover the automatisms of your behavior and the limits of cognitive control.

Developed by Virtual-Dor, in collaboration with CIBIS (Research Center for Well-being and Social Inclusion), VIRTU-ACT is part of a research project funded by FEDER funds (AL2020-SEJ-D1912 and P_FORT_CENTROS_2023/04).
