I am aware that the free version “Open Brush” already exists. I still decided to buy the Tilt Brush app because it seems to have more options and formats for downloading. That would have been worth it to me. However, there is less choice when it comes to brushes (unlike Open Brush or Figmin XR). My favorite brushes are not included. That's why it doesn't make sense to me.
Maybe Open Brush should expand the file formats for export and no longer offer Tilt Brush or only offer it free of charge.
Quite alot to learn with the features great graffics perfect for my granddaughter.
Get open brush, this is dc
Brush used to change size with right thumb stick, it no longer does. Only way to change size is to zoom in or out
This is an old open source app no longer being updated. The new version is called Open Brush, and it is free on the app lab. I am very disappointed I paid $20 for this. Dishonest and disgusting of Meta to fool people into paying for out of date open source software.
The app itself seems awesome! I am very excited about Open Brush, which has more features, and continues to get updates.
I only just learned about this while exploring the Meta store a few minutes ago. Bought it, downloaded it, loved it. Burned my battery out and had so much fun learning the basics and beginning my first project. Battery died. Went to YouTube to learn more about it. That’s when I discovered this is the old version.

This app really should either not be for sell, or be a fraction of the price. The whole reason I purchased it was so I could create concept environments that I could then export. You can’t export to sketchfab, and the glb export wasn’t working properly. Also, it doesn’t offer video recording, and there’s a bug where if you switch between snapshot mode and gif mode the screen preview is glitched up. I wasn’t approved my request for refund because I spent several hours working on an environment, only to realize the export wasn’t possible. Find an alternative if you intend to use models you create outside of the app.
