EDIT
Blackboards all black cant do the sesions!!!
Where can i get help?
Lessen 4 cant do nothing
in lesson 3 I already had a problem, pick up the cup for you, now I searched for 10 minutes there was no cup anywhere not even after restarting, very unsatisfactory to leave the lesson like this. and with fear you go into the next lessons, and I also do not understand sitting in front of 3 blackboards, where nothing can be seen but completely black???
I'm only half an hour in, but it's already clear how well-structured and thoughtfully designed this is. I really enjoyed the sleep meditation — I was so calm I actually fell asleep with my headset still on! The breathing ball is especially useful; my thoughts really slowed as I focused on it and synced my breathing to its rhythm. I'm genuinely looking forward to tomorrow's session.
All I can say is wow. I have purchased a lot of games and apps, especially relaxation and meditation apps, over the years. But this is by far the best ever. It is not only something you can visit for a little down time, it's also an 8 week course, which is just excellent. As I near the end of the MCBT course, I have to say my work stress, which was incredibly severe to the point of almost quitting my stressful job, is SO much better. It has taught me how to cope with the constant negative thoughts. I am not perfect yet, it will take more work, but it has taught me several strategies to improve my coping mechanisms and make life that much less painful at a toxic workplace.
I honestly feel this app will help thousands of people with anxiety, stress and burnout. It is stunning to be inside, and I love my fish too (you'll have to visit the app to find out what I mean by that!)
Brilliant course built by serious professionals who seem to genuinely want to help people improve their lives. Much needed, in the world we currently live in.
Highly recommended to everyone. My favourite app on Meta.
Thank you!
The instructor and the environments are both solid. There are a lot of interesting ideas and a lot of creativity and thought went into this. Would love even more sessions and I hope the creators of this app continue adding content.
Got it yesterday and enjoy the calm voice and the atmosphere very much. The obly thing I‘m wondering: should there be content on the challboards? They stay black during the sessions. Is this normal? Otherwise: great!
This game has many amazing features. The program (so far) is great, the price point is perfect to perhaps a little too cheap, I love the free trial, and it even has a bit of replay ability. I love the atmosphere and the voices are soothing and not grating. The gamification is enough to keep it fun without infantilizing the user.
My only complaint is that the graphics leave a little to be desired, especially in the “outdoors” on my Q3. The home screen is so bad that it gives me a bit of a headache if I look around—which isn’t game killing because you don’t really need to.
If only the graphics that show nature get updated, this would be a seven star game!
